KIN Health review
By Derek Olsson ·
Clear peptide format prices, with conflicting GLP-1 billing promises
The $159 sermorelin headline is for tablets; injection is $169 per 30-day supply. The GLP-1 sales page and Terms disagree about automatic refills and dose-related price changes.
Straight talk: how we earn — some, not all, of these are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

The verdict
KIN Health is useful to compare if you want clinician-reviewed peptide treatment with a choice of injection, nasal spray or dissolvable tablet. The format prices are visible, and its Terms name both the clinical network and pharmacy partners. Those are practical strengths. Its GLP-1 offer needs more care: the sales page says you approve every refill and the homepage promises the same price at every dose, while the Terms permit recurring treatment and tirzepatide price changes with titration. Get those two points resolved for the exact plan before payment. A format choice also does not establish equivalent absorption or clinical results between the products.
KIN Health isn't on any of our comparisons yet. The providers we compare in this category are on our recovery-peptide provider hub. Nothing on this page is a performance claim — see the BPC-157 evidence review for what the treatment does and does not do.

Who it is for, and who it is not
A good fit if
- You want to compare separate public prices for three sermorelin formats
- You want one-time peptide purchases with automatic refills requiring a separate choice
- You want provider messaging, shipping and clinical review in the advertised price
- You want pharmacy and clinical-network names disclosed in the Terms
Look elsewhere if
- You need the $99 introductory GLP-1 price to continue after the first month
- You need the public GLP-1 billing promises to agree without clarification
- You want a satisfaction guarantee after medication preparation starts
- You assume nasal and tablet products have the same evidence as injections
What it actually costs
What they advertise
Sermorelin: $159 tablets, $169 injection or $179 nasal spray per 30-day supply. NAD+: $169 sublingual tablets, $189 injection or $199 nasal spray per 30-day supply.
What you actually pay, month to month
The public GLP-1 page offers new patients on the starting dose $99 for the first month, then $169 per month for semaglutide or $199 for tirzepatide. No separate membership fee is advertised. The Terms reserve tirzepatide price changes with dose adjustments, so the continuation figures should not be treated as an unconditional all-dose guarantee.
The commitment trap
The lowest peptide headline buys the tablet format. The GLP-1 introduction is temporary, and the homepage's same-price-at-every-dose claim conflicts with the Terms' tirzepatide pricing provision.
Money you will meet later
- Payment is charged when the order is submitted, before the provider's final decision; clinical disqualification receives a full refund, typically within five to seven business days
- If an order is canceled because required prior-prescription documentation is not supplied, the Terms deduct $20 on monthly plans or $50 on three-month plans
- Once an automatic refill is sent to the pharmacy for preparation it cannot be canceled or refunded; shipped medication is final sale
- The policy does not make delays of up to 14 calendar days after pharmacy submission grounds for cancellation or refund; longer delays receive case-by-case review

What is included
Compare the total cost, including fees and any minimum commitment. Here is what KIN Health bundles in, and what it does not.
Clinician consult
Independent clinicians contracted through MD Integrations review treatment requests
Consultation is included rather than a separate routine bill. The refund policy nevertheless deducts a review fee when a patient fails to provide required documentation, so that exception matters to people transferring at a higher dose.
Bloodwork / labs
The GLP-1 page includes review of labs when required and guidance on what to obtain
It does not establish that the blood draw and testing charges themselves are included. The peptide pages do not publish a uniform baseline or repeat-testing panel.
Follow-ups and dose changes
The peptide pages say a provider reviews each refill and adjusts the plan as needed
For sermorelin, NAD+ and PT-141, automatic refills require separate authorization for that treatment; the portal shows processing dates and controls to skip, pause or stop them.
Human support
Ongoing provider messaging and check-ins are advertised
Those clinical contacts are distinct from a promised personal coach or dietitian; neither service is itemized in the peptide prices. KIN is a platform, while the independent clinician makes prescribing decisions.
Injection supplies
The GLP-1 page explicitly includes syringes, needles and an injection guide
The sermorelin page lists injection at 1 mg/mL, nasal spray at 1,000 mcg/mL and 600 mcg tablets, but does not establish equal delivered doses across routes. Confirm the exact label and supplies for your prescribed format.
Shipping
Shipping in plain packaging is advertised as included
Pharmacy processing and transit estimates are not guaranteed. The Terms also make lost or stolen package replacement subject to pharmacy policy rather than an unconditional replacement promise.
Pharmacy, labs and oversight
The pharmacy
The Terms name Strive Pharmacy, Boothwyn Pharmacy and Drug Crafters Pharmacy and describe patient-specific 503A compounding. The GLP-1 page specifically identifies Drug Crafters and Boothwyn. Formulations can differ by pharmacy, location and prescription, including glycine or B12; ask which facility and formulation will be used for your order.
Oversight
The peptide pages say a provider reviews each refill and adjusts the plan as needed. For sermorelin, NAD+ and PT-141, automatic refills require separate authorization for that treatment; the portal shows processing dates and controls to skip, pause or stop them.
Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Our guide to verifying a certificate of analysis covers what to ask for.
Where you can get it
Availability varies by treatment and state. The Terms explicitly exclude GLP-1 treatment in California, Louisiana, Minnesota and Mississippi. Those GLP-1 restrictions should not be generalized into a state list for sermorelin, NAD+ or PT-141; confirm the product you want for your location.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
KIN's GLP-1 page says there is no auto-renewal and you approve each refill. Its Terms instead describe recurring GLP-1 treatment, charges at the start of each refill cycle and cancellation effective at the end of that cycle. The same Terms permit tirzepatide pricing tiers despite the homepage's flat-dose promise. These conflicts affect future charges, so a clear written answer for your chosen plan is more valuable than the general cancel-anytime claim.
- GLP-1 sales copy and contract conflict on automatic renewal and dose pricing
- The $99 first month is limited to new patients at the starting dose
- The advertised $159 sermorelin price is for tablets, not injection
- Preparation can make an automatic refill nonrefundable before shipment
- Failure to provide required transfer documentation can reduce a refund
- Public lab review does not establish included bloodwork

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
