Provider review

LifeVine Wellness review

By Derek Olsson ·

Sermorelin has a monthly plan, with cheaper rates for prepayment

The Pricing tab shows $167 billed monthly, alongside longer plans. The seller qualifies its prices as estimates, so obtain the prescribed plan's final total before paying.

Straight talk: how we earn — some, not all, of these are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

The verdict

LifeVine Wellness makes more of its buying decision visible than a single starting price suggests. Its sermorelin page separates monthly, quarterly, six-month and annual charges, names the clinical network and pharmacy partners, and explains when a live consultation is required. That helps shoppers compare the actual commitment. The tradeoff is that the prices remain estimates and the subscription terms allow early renewal processing. A lower monthly equivalent is only useful if the larger advance payment and limited refund terms suit you. This is a cash-pay telehealth option for discussing sermorelin or compounded GLP-1 treatment with a clinician; its public information does not establish that a particular recovery outcome will follow.

LifeVine Wellness isn't on any of our comparisons yet. The providers we compare in this category are on our recovery-peptide provider hub. Nothing on this page is a performance claim — see the BPC-157 evidence review for what the treatment does and does not do.

Who it is for, and who it is not

A good fit if

  • You want a sermorelin plan with a published monthly billing option
  • You want to compare the full advance payment for longer plans
  • You value a named clinical network and pharmacy partners before starting
  • You prefer online care and can attend a live visit if your state requires one

Look elsewhere if

  • You need a guaranteed final price for every dose before a clinical review
  • You want your insurance billed for treatment
  • You need unused months refunded automatically after stopping
  • You want a broad peptide menu beyond sermorelin and GLP-1 treatment

What it actually costs

What they advertise

Sermorelin starts at $167 monthly. The product Pricing tab also lists $440 billed quarterly, $762 every six months and $1,282 annually; those equal $146.67, $127 and $106.83 per month respectively.

What you actually pay, month to month

The published month-to-month starting figures are $167 for sermorelin, $247 for semaglutide and $347 for tirzepatide. These are estimates, not a verified quote covering every prescribed dose or formulation.

The commitment trap

The lower monthly equivalents require paying for several months at once. The product footnote also reserves the actual price to the prescribing provider and treatment plan.

Money you will meet later

  • Semaglutide longer plans show $637 quarterly, $1,187 every six months or $2,194 annually; tirzepatide shows $843, $1,582 or $2,957 for the same periods
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least two days before the renewal processing date; the Terms allow the first renewal to occur early and later renewals or shipments up to two days early
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. Partially used periods are not routinely refundable; exceptions are discretionary
  • If you choose an outside pharmacy, the Terms say its medication cost is paid directly to that pharmacy rather than included in the platform total

What is included

Compare the total cost, including fees and any minimum commitment. Here is what LifeVine Wellness bundles in, and what it does not.

Clinician consult

An independent licensed provider reviews the intake and decides whether to prescribe

The Terms describe one subscription total collecting the applicable platform, clinical and partner-pharmacy charges. LifeVine itself is the technology platform, not the medical practice.

Bloodwork / labs

The Terms explain how clinician-ordered testing can be arranged

and included when part of the purchased service. The sermorelin offer does not specify a universal baseline panel, retesting schedule or separate lab price. Confirm what your actual plan requires.

Follow-ups and dose changes

The product page promises ongoing clinical guidance and dose adjustments when appropriate

It also allows you to request a care summary for your existing doctor. It does not promise a fixed number of scheduled follow-up visits.

Human support

Care-team messaging is available through the patient portal

A dedicated dietitian or personal training service is not itemized in the sermorelin offer. The nurse-founded description does not identify the clinician who will treat an individual patient.

Injection supplies

Sermorelin is described as a small daily subcutaneous injection

The page does not itemize needles, syringes, alcohol swabs or a sharps container; establish the shipment contents and storage instructions with the dispensing pharmacy.

Shipping

The public site says discreet shipping is included

The Terms describe delivery dates as estimates and allow operational changes to shipment timing, so the planned billing date and expected arrival date should both be confirmed.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight

The pharmacy

LifeVine names EPIQ Scripts, Foothills Pharmacy and Emerald Compounding Pharmacy and describes its network as U.S.-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. It names Dr Tel X as the independent clinical practice. These disclosures identify the participants but do not establish which pharmacy will fill your particular prescription. The Terms permit transfers between partner pharmacies without notice.

Oversight

The product page promises ongoing clinical guidance and dose adjustments when appropriate. It also allows you to request a care summary for your existing doctor. It does not promise a fixed number of scheduled follow-up visits.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Our guide to verifying a certificate of analysis covers what to ask for.

Where you can get it

The seller advertises all 50 states and Washington, DC, subject to product and licensure restrictions. Its footer specifically requires a live consultation in DC, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island and West Virginia. That is more useful than assuming that 100% online always means questionnaire-only care.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

The commitment becomes more restrictive in the Terms than the product page's stop-anytime wording suggests. You must cancel before the renewal processing deadline, charges may be advanced to maintain continuity, and unused subscription time is generally not refunded. Anyone considering the annual sermorelin plan should weigh the $1,282 advance payment against those rules rather than compare only its $106.83 monthly equivalent.

  • All displayed prices are qualified as estimates
  • Longer plans exchange a lower monthly equivalent for a larger advance payment
  • Renewal processing can occur before the expected calendar date
  • No routine refund for a partly used subscription period
  • The exact dispensing pharmacy and included injection supplies need confirmation
  • The sermorelin program does not publish a fixed lab or follow-up schedule

Weigh these trade-offs against the costs, care and terms above. For questions to ask before enrolling, see our vendor red-flags guide.
