Maximus publishes a three-step price ladder, but supply, promotional pricing and early-exit terms need separate attention. Newer terms describe a health exception that an older help policy does not reflect.

The verdict

Maximus offers a clearly priced sermorelin program with ready-to-use vials, injection supplies, clinician access and free delivery. Its $199.99 monthly rate requires six months; a single-month plan is $299.99. The practical uncertainty is how the selected commitment works: the newer Subscription Savings Plan terms describe monthly installments and a health exception, while an older help policy presents committed plans as nonterminable early. Resolve that conflict before buying, along with the actual supply and laboratory arrangements. The standard vial is described as 28 days, so a monthly label alone does not tell you when medication runs out or the next charge occurs. This review compares public offers and policies, not a patient invoice or firsthand treatment experience.

Who it is for, and who it is not

A good fit if

  • You want to compare the published one-, two- and six-month options before deciding how much treatment to commit to. A lower recurring rate can be useful when the written agreement fits your circumstances and you understand the remaining payment obligation.
  • You prefer ready-to-use liquid vials and an advertised package of needles, syringes and alcohol pads. Confirm your prescribed formulation and quantity, particularly if California's variation applies, rather than choosing on the headline price alone.
  • You value online clinician and care-team access and can discuss what follow-up is appropriate for you. Messaging is a useful access feature, but it does not establish a fixed appointment schedule, funded laboratory program or guaranteed response time.
  • You can obtain the applicable cancellation terms before enrollment. In particular, ask whether the newer health exception covers your selected plan and how a clinician determines eligibility for it; do not treat that exception as an unconditional right to stop paying.

Look elsewhere if

  • You need the lowest advertised rate without a multi-month obligation. The one-month option costs more, and turning off a future renewal does not necessarily end charges for a commitment already underway.
  • You need a named dispensing pharmacy, an independently checked certification and a complete laboratory budget before choosing. Those details are not established for a selected prescription by the reviewed public pages.
  • You live in Alabama, which the sermorelin page excludes, or need to assume a different product's state coverage applies. Availability should be confirmed for your location, prescribed formulation and actual dispensing arrangement.
  • You require a guaranteed cash refund if the medication is unsuitable or you change your mind. Medication sales are described as final, and replacement remedies, clinical exceptions and refunds for separately purchased services have different conditions.

Advertised peptide rates are $299.99 per month for a one-month plan, $274.99 per month for two months and $199.99 per month for six months. A banner offers new six-month customers 50% off the first month; the selected total and later charges need confirmation.

What you actually pay, month to month

Lowest peptide rate requires a six-month plan. The public one-month rate is $299.99, versus $274.99 on two months and $199.99 on six months. These are advertised rates, not a confirmed prescription-specific invoice. Standard vial supply is 28 days, with a California variation; do not equate that quantity with a calendar month or infer the billing interval from supply alone.

The commitment trap

A monthly rate is not the same as a cancel-anytime purchase. The September 2026 Subscription Savings Plan terms describe monthly installments across the commitment, rather than requiring full prepayment of every such plan. The July 2026 help policy uses broader installment/upfront language and says committed terms cannot end early. The newer program terms include a provider-determined health exception that may require documentation. Ask which agreement governs your offer, the first amount collected, every later debit and the process for requesting that exception. A promotional first payment should not be multiplied across the whole term as if it were the continuing price.

Money you will meet later

  • Consultation and laboratory fees are described as nonrefundable in the help policy. That statement does not establish that every peptide order has an additional consultation charge; obtain an itemized quote for the actual plan and any separately purchased services.
  • Maximus Labs is a separate annual subscription, with Optimal advertised at $199.99 per year and Maximal at $349.99 per year; optional mid-plan Essential testing is $99.99. IGF-1 is listed among available markers, but confirm its inclusion in your chosen panel rather than assuming every panel contains it.
  • The Labs page's Maximal card and FAQ differ in renewal wording. Confirm the renewal amount and included testing in writing if adding that service. Its Rhode Island, New York and New Jersey exclusions belong to Labs and should not be transferred to every medication plan.
  • Live appointment no-shows or short-notice rescheduling can carry a $20 fee under the terms, which use a 24-hour notice rule. This is an appointment rule, not a universal maximum on medication cancellation charges or remaining installment liability.

The terms identify Maximus Health, Inc. as the platform and independent affiliated medical practices as the providers. A public description of physician access does not identify your assigned practice or clinician, establish current individual credentials, or guarantee a prescription. Confirm whether the initial evaluation is asynchronous or includes a live visit and how to arrange further clinical assessment.

Bloodwork / labs

Peptide lab funding needs plan-specific confirmation

The sermorelin page says labs are not required to qualify, while IGF-1 testing is available through the separate Maximus Labs/Quest arrangement. That does not establish that the medication price funds a particular panel. It also does not mean care involves no monitoring: ask the clinician which symptoms, history and tests guide your follow-up, how results are reviewed and who pays for any requested testing.

Ask which channel reaches a prescriber, what coverage exists outside normal availability and how urgent concerns should be handled. The public material does not establish an assigned dietitian, personal coach or continuous live clinical coverage, so those should not be assumed from general support language.

Injection supplies

The offer advertises pre-liquid vials that do not require reconstitution

plus needles, syringes and alcohol pads. Confirm the actual contents, prescribed concentration, quantity, preparation instructions and storage directions for your shipment. A ready-to-use presentation does not remove the need for patient-specific instructions. A sharps container and replacement supplies were not established as universal inclusions on the reviewed pages; ask before assuming the package covers everything you will need.

the sermorelin page describes free priority delivery. Neither phrase establishes an individual dispatch date or delivery guarantee. Confirm the destination, refill timing and storage instructions before the first shipment, especially if you will be away. For damage or an unusable order, report promptly and retain the packaging and order details while asking which published remedy and reporting deadline applies.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight

The pharmacy

Actual dispensing pharmacy needs confirmation. Public references to US compounding pharmacies and LegitScript certification do not identify the facility assigned to a patient or independently verify its current status. Request the dispenser's name, contact information and prescription label, together with the formulation and quantity. The commercial Partners page does not prove pharmacy assignment. Platform identity, prescribing practice and dispensing facility are separate parts of the care arrangement; none should be inferred solely from the Maximus brand.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Where you can get it

Sermorelin excludes Alabama; confirm your plan. The peptide page describes a California variation, so the standard supply description should not be applied universally. Confirm eligibility for your physical location and selected formulation with the prescribing practice and dispensing pharmacy. The separate Labs subscription excludes Rhode Island, New York and New Jersey; those testing limits should be considered independently when planning care. A broad medication availability statement is not proof that every related service is available at the same address.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

The important concern is the unresolved scope of the commitment policy, rather than an absolute claim that nobody can exit early. September's program terms and July's help policy describe different treatment of health-related discontinuation. Daily-price slogans also need the selected rate, promotion and actual supply period before they become a useful comparison. Under $9 per day can fit the six-month rate; it would be inaccurate to say both daily slogans are impossible at every published price. Separately, the FDA's June 2026 warning letter to Maximus Health, Inc. dba Maximus concerns compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide marketing, including misleading drug-evaluation and pharmacy-approval representations. That is relevant company history, not a sermorelin-specific safety or efficacy finding. No current closeout was established, and the letter should not be used to infer the results of a sermorelin trial.

  • The lowest regular rate requires six months; the first-month promotion is limited to new six-month customers and does not establish every later charge.
  • The standard 28-day supply and California variation need to be reconciled with your actual refill and payment schedule.
  • Newer program terms and older help guidance differ on early exit; the health exception requires plan-specific confirmation.
  • The assigned pharmacy, exact formulation and funded laboratory schedule remain unconfirmed for a selected patient.
  • Final medication sales do not eliminate corrective remedies, but the three-day help-policy and five-day one-time-purchase reporting windows have different scopes.

Questions about Maximus

What does the lowest peptide rate commit me to?

The $199.99 monthly rate is attached to six months, while the one- and two-month options advertise $299.99 and $274.99. A new-customer banner offers 50% off the first month of a six-month plan, which is an introductory condition rather than the regular rate for all six months. September's Subscription Savings Plan terms describe monthly installments. Before accepting, request the selected agreement, initial charge, remaining installment dates and renewal amount. Those details establish your obligation more reliably than multiplying a promotional price or assuming the whole term must be prepaid.

Does a monthly supply cover a calendar month?

The growth-hormone page defines the standard vial as a 28-day supply and describes a California variation. A supply measured in days does not automatically match a calendar-month bill. It also does not establish your prescribed dosing instructions or the exact interval between debits. Ask for the vial quantity, concentration, expected duration under your prescription, next refill date and next charge together. If the shipment or treatment instructions differ from what you expected, contact the care team before changing how you use the medication.

Can I stop early or just turn off renewal?

Turning off renewal concerns the next term and may leave the existing commitment running. The July 2026 help policy says committed plans cannot terminate early or receive partial refunds, with remaining shipments continuing. The newer September 2026 Subscription Savings Plan terms describe a health exception allowing cancellation without further charges when the provider determines the conditions are met, potentially with documentation. Obtain the terms that apply to your enrollment and the request process. Do not assume either a blanket right to leave or an absolute obligation to continue regardless of health circumstances.

Are laboratory testing and follow-up included?

The sermorelin page says labs are not required to qualify. That answers an entry requirement, not whether monitoring is unnecessary or a particular test is funded. IGF-1 testing is available through a separate Labs arrangement, so ask which panel the clinician recommends and its price. Messaging access is advertised, but a fixed live-visit schedule and response guarantee were not established. Confirm how results and symptoms will be reviewed, how to reach the prescriber between appointments and whether any additional visit or test would be billed separately.

Who treats me and which pharmacy fills the vial?

The terms identify Maximus Health, Inc. as the platform, with care delivered by independent affiliated medical practices. They do not establish your assigned practice, clinician or dispensing pharmacy. General US-pharmacy and certification statements are not a patient-specific assignment or our independent credential verification. Request those names and the intended formulation before paying. Sermorelin excludes Alabama, and California has a supply variation. Your location, prescription and dispenser still need to fit together; availability of the platform or a separate testing service does not settle every part of that arrangement.

What happens if my order is damaged or I am declined?

The help policy offers replacement for damage, defects, incorrect or unusable medication reported within a three-day window. The newer terms allow a five-day reporting window for damaged, defective or incorrect one-time purchases, with replacement or store credit at Maximus's discretion. Ask which policy applies and report problems promptly. Neither remedy is a universal cash refund, and ordinary prescription sales are final under the help policy. A general clinical-denial refund for the peptide plan was not established. Do not import the testosterone guarantee or Labs' conditional refund into this purchase. Before paying, clarify charges for an unsuccessful evaluation and whether processing has begun on any medication order.
