Provider review
EverPrime review
By Derek Olsson ·
Member medication prices come with a separate prepaid fee
The one-month tirzepatide option displays $329 at standard pricing or $230 plus a $99 membership fee. Lower medication prices are tied to longer plans.
Straight talk: how we earn — some, not all, of these are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

The verdict
EverPrime lets you choose treatment with or without membership. That choice matters most when comparing its low medication headlines: the membership fee is separate, and the public FAQ describes advance payment rather than a simple month-to-month bill. The site also publishes follow-up and lab schedules, but the exact initial charge and prepaid term need clarification before purchase.
EverPrime isn't on any of our comparisons yet. The providers we compare in this category are on our tirzepatide provider ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim — see how tirzepatide works for what the treatment does and does not do.

A good fit if
- You want to compare standard treatment pricing with an optional care membership.
- You value a published follow-up and laboratory schedule.
- You can review the full upfront charge before choosing a longer plan.
Look elsewhere if
- You need a clearly established month-to-month total without prepayment.
- You need your assigned pharmacy identified before starting.
- You need a published treatment-specific state list.

What it actually costs
What they advertise
Tirzepatide standard tiles show $329, $313, $296 and $280 per month for the labeled 1-, 3-, 6- and 12-month options; member medication tiles show $230, $214, $197 and $180. Semaglutide standard tiles show $249, $237, $224 and $214; member tiles show $150, $138, $125 and $115. Membership is separate.
What you actually pay, month to month
A reliable calendar-month recurring total is not established. The shortest displayed tirzepatide estimate is $329, either standard or $230 medication plus $99 membership; semaglutide is $249, either standard or $150 plus $99. Medication delivery is every four weeks, while membership follows a separate schedule.
The commitment trap
The membership FAQ says plans are paid upfront. Its example pairs a three-month medication plan with twelve months of membership, so confirm the actual initial charge and both terms.
Money you will meet later
- Required labs are described as included, with an exception for New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island: patients receive a $50 discount rather than direct laboratory payment.
- Non-member visit charges and any services outside the selected plan need confirmation.

What is included
Compare the total cost, including fees and any minimum commitment. Here is what EverPrime bundles in, and what it does not.
Clinician consult
Provider evaluation is required
membership includes provider visits. The product page lists visits among treatment inclusions, so confirm any non-member charges.
Bloodwork / labs
The tirzepatide page lists metabolic testing every six months
Quest Diagnostics is named in the FAQ; required testing depends on treatment.
Follow-ups and dose changes
The tirzepatide page lists video visits every 90 days and ongoing provider support
Other treatments can have a different schedule.
Human support
The membership page includes nutrition counseling
The service does not promise an independently verified dietitian credential in the material reviewed.
Injection supplies
The tirzepatide page includes syringes, needles and alcohol swabs
Shipping
Shipping is included
Two-day carrier shipping starts after medical review, any required visits or labs, and pharmacy preparation; an arrival date is not guaranteed.
Pharmacy, labs and oversight
The pharmacy
The terms name Rite-Away Pharmacy, Vios Compounding Pharmacy, TruMedsRx and other licensed pharmacies. Their contact section also lists Honeybee Health and Wells Pharmacy. The assigned dispenser can vary. Product pages claim Section 503A compounding and third-party testing; those statements do not independently verify the facility assigned to a prescription or a particular batch.
Oversight
The tirzepatide page lists video visits every 90 days and ongoing provider support. Other treatments can have a different schedule.
Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Our guide to verifying a certificate of analysis covers what to ask for.
Where you can get it
Treatment availability varies by state, and the public FAQ directs patients to onboarding for confirmation. A complete current treatment-specific state list was not published in the material reviewed.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
The low member medication price excludes membership, and the public billing example leaves the advance payment unclear. Get the complete invoice and term before committing.
- Member medication prices exclude the separate membership payment.
- Membership and treatment plans are prepaid; the public example needs clarification.
- A pharmacy list does not identify the dispenser assigned to your prescription.
- Treatment-specific state eligibility is not fully listed publicly.
Weigh these trade-offs against the costs, care and terms above. For questions to ask before enrolling, see our vendor red-flags guide.

Questions about EverPrime
Is EverPrime the same business as Enhance MD?
EverPrime’s own terms identify Enhance.MD, LLC as the operator of the digital properties, including EverPrime. The brands have separate public treatment and membership pages, so this review uses EverPrime’s current disclosures rather than transferring the Enhance MD review’s prices or state list.
Sources: Terms of service
Does the $99 membership include medication?
No. The membership page prices medication separately. It also says membership and treatment are paid upfront and gives an unusual example of twelve months of membership with a three-month medication plan. Ask for the exact amount due, membership duration and medication term before paying.
Can I cancel, and will unused treatment be refunded?
Membership cancellation stops future renewal; the membership FAQ says payments already made are non-refundable. The shipping policy asks for contact at least 24 hours before the next billing date to skip or cancel a shipment. The policy also says to cancel before the order is sent to the pharmacy; once pharmacy preparation starts, cancellation and refunds are unavailable. Prescription returns are refused. It separately promises a full refund if the provider finds treatment unsuitable. Confirm which rule applies to an unused prepaid term.

Who provides care and fills the prescription?
The terms identify Enhance Wellness, PC, EnhanceMD CA, PC and iThriveMD, PC as medical groups. The platform itself is not the treating healthcare provider. Erik Stark is presented as medical director on EverPrime’s about page. Pharmacy partners are listed separately; confirm your assigned prescriber and dispensing pharmacy for your state.

Are labs and follow-ups included?
The tirzepatide page lists video visits every 90 days, metabolic labs every six months, injection supplies and shipping. Required labs are described as included, but the membership FAQ makes a New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island exception with a $50 discount. Confirm the tests ordered and any non-member appointment charge.

Can I order from any state?
No nationwide treatment guarantee is published. EverPrime says availability depends on the treatment and state, with eligibility confirmed during onboarding. Two-day shipping describes carrier transit after preparation, not the time from applying to receiving medication.

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
