The commitment trap

Money you will meet later
- Optional video visits are $150 self-pay or subject to the eligible plan's copay and deductible. Membership itself is not insurance-covered; HSA/FSA expense eligibility needs confirmation.
- Pay-per-visit is a separate option with 90-day care-portal access, rather than an ongoing membership. Its visit cost and any prescribed medication remain separate.
- Local-pharmacy prescriptions may use insurance and discounts; delivery partners offer cash products, and some treatments require that route. No single GLP-1 medication price applies to every prescription.
- Help says membership is not prorated on early cancellation and excludes refunds after engaging with a provider. Delivery-pharmacy medication charges can continue during the remaining paid membership period.

50 states and DC advertised; help-page limits differ. The main FAQ says nationwide, but separate help excludes Arkansas, Missouri and West Virginia. Confirm care and the actual medication's availability where you are physically located before paying.

The part they would rather you skipped
A low membership equivalent is not a complete treatment price. Annual prepayment, separately billed medication and video visits, and no early membership proration can materially change the budget. The conflicting unopened-medication return guidance also needs a pharmacy-specific answer; it is not a guaranteed GLP-1 refund right.

Questions about Evernow
Does the lowest membership price include weight-loss medicine?
No. The lowest equivalent belongs to an annual membership, and GLP-1 medication is extra. Monthly and quarterly options have different totals. The complete cost also depends on your prescription, pharmacy benefits and any video visits; membership is not a medication-price guarantee.
Can I book one visit instead of joining?
Yes. Pay-per-visit is a separate route with a virtual consultation and 90-day portal access. Eligible commercial insurance may cover the visit subject to cost sharing; self-pay is available. Prescribed medication costs extra, and follow-up visits or an ongoing membership are separate choices.
Will insurance cover the whole program?
No. Eligible video visits and pharmacy prescriptions can use commercial insurance, but membership is not covered. Medicare and Medicaid coverage is not supported. How do I cancel, and can medication charges continue?
Help directs cancellation through Account, Manage Membership and describes a confirmation email. Access continues through the paid term without proration; membership refunds are excluded after engaging a provider. Medication charges can continue during that remaining period, so ask separately about pending orders, refills and the next membership renewal.
Can unopened medicine be returned?
The public guidance conflicts. Legal terms prohibit medication returns, while separate billing help allows unopened delivery-pharmacy medication to be returned for credit or refund. Obtain the actual dispenser's instructions for your product before sending anything back. That help language does not establish a return right for every GLP-1 prescription.
Are my state, lab tests and dispensing pharmacy covered?
The main FAQ advertises nationwide care, but separate help names three excluded states. Confirm your location and actual treatment before payment. The platform names delivery partners and permits pharmacy choice, which does not establish your assignment. Required testing varies by medication, and a funded patient lab panel is not promised.
