EOS Health is unusually transparent about its supply chain: it names both its clinical partner (Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, with a real Seattle address) and four specific pharmacy partners (GoGoMeds, The Pharmacy Hub, Hallandale Pharmacy, Strive Compounding Pharmacy) on a dedicated disclosure page. That transparency reveals two real cross-references: it's the fifth storefront tied to the Arora Health & Aesthetics practice and three of its four named pharmacies are shared with Somira Health. The site also disagrees with itself on coverage — its own FAQ claims all 50 states, while a published 40-state list carries specific exclusions — a real discrepancy worth confirming directly before assuming your state is served.
