The $79.99 semaglutide headline is a twelve-month equivalent; the monthly option is $99.99. Published refund and commitment pages disagree, so the lowest displayed rate does not settle what leaving early would cost.

Factor Health MD publishes a detailed menu of monthly and longer-supply prices with shipping, supplies and clinician appointments included. That helps budgeting, but conflicting refund and commitment statements make the exit terms harder to assess, and a monthly payment option should not be mistaken for freedom to leave after one month.

The supply totals do not by themselves establish when the full amount is charged.
The commitment trap
A monthly payment option does not remove the initial three-month commitment stated in the payment policy. General terms and FAQ statements conflict with that policy, so obtain the terms for the selected plan before paying.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
The payment policy requires an initial three-month commitment and describes early fees and nonrefundable pharmacy processing. The general terms instead promise a first-month refund within thirty days, and FAQ statements also differ on commitments. A buyer cannot safely treat the most favorable sentence as the whole cancellation agreement.

Semaglutide is listed at $99.99 on the monthly option, $284.97 for three months, $539.94 for six and $959.88 for twelve. Tirzepatide is $189.99 monthly, $539.97 for three, $1,019.94 for six and $1,799.88 for twelve. The lowest $79.99 and $149.99 figures are annual equivalents; ask when the chosen supply total is charged and how it renews.
Can I cancel after just one monthly payment?
Do not assume so. The payment policy requires three months for weight-loss programs regardless of payment plan and lists early fees of $249.99 for semaglutide, $369.99 for tirzepatide and $269.99 for liraglutide. Other public wording describes more flexibility. Request the exact commitment and cancellation terms for your selected plan in writing.
Does Factor provide a thirty-day money-back guarantee?
Its general terms offer a full first-month fee refund within thirty days, but the separate payment policy allows a prefulfillment refund only if cancellation succeeds, minus $50, and excludes pharmacy-processed prescriptions. Doctor rejection receives a full refund under that policy. These statements conflict; neither should be presented as an unconditional refund promise.
Is pay-as-you-go a monthly subscription?
The pricing page labels it a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. Semaglutide is $300 for 5mg, $400 for 10mg or $550 for 20mg; tirzepatide is $399 for 40mg or $499 for 60mg. Those are medication quantities, not established monthly treatment costs. Ask how the purchase is handled under the broader payment policy before ordering.
What comes with the listed medication price?
Pricing includes medication at the listed all-dose rate, syringes, alcohol swabs, virtual physician appointments as needed and shipping. The FAQ requires a video consultation. A specific lab allowance is not established, and filling outside the recommended pharmacy network may change your cost.
Can I identify my provider and pharmacy before care starts?
The FAQ says provider assignment depends on state licensing and availability, with the assigned provider identified before the appointment. It does not name the dispensing network's facilities in the reviewed pages.
