How do I qualify for Harbor's twelve-month guarantee?

It requires a new customer with accurate enrollment information, twelve continuous months, all four quarterly shipments, standard-dose compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide and prescribed dosing. It excludes outside weight-loss medicine during the prior year. The recorded target cannot require more than 20% weight loss or a BMI below 18.5. The claim must arrive within fourteen days after the twelve-month period.

What does the guarantee refund, and how is it checked?

An approved claim returns eligible subscription fees, excluding incidental costs and consultations outside membership.
