Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Questions about Harper Meds
Does $149 cover both drugs at every dose?
Harper’s current offer starts at $149 monthly and says consultation, prescription, medication and shipping are included. It does not assign a complete continuing price to each semaglutide or tirzepatide preparation and dose. The older $149 semaglutide and $196 tirzepatide figures therefore should not be treated as confirmed flat prices; obtain the selected plan’s full recurring quote.

When does the payment hold become a charge?
The homepage says payment is put on hold at checkout and charged after a doctor approves the prescription and it is sent to the pharmacy. A hold can affect available funds without being a completed charge. The public explanation does not establish the bank’s release timing after denial or a refund timetable for a later cancellation.

Does cancel anytime mean I get my money back?
The GLP-1 subscription FAQ describes automatic monthly delivery, advance shipment notification and cancellation without a long-term contract or cancellation fee. That does not establish a refund for an existing charge. The terms contain nonrefundable membership and pause provisions inside a section expressly labeled for a testosterone program; those provisions do not establish the general GLP-1 refund rule. Ask for the terms applicable to the selected weight-care plan.

What does the weight-loss guarantee actually require?
The separate guarantee concerns qualifying new compounded-semaglutide patients who take 16 consecutive weekly doses and lose less than 10% of their reported baseline weight. It excludes people prescribed weight-loss medication outside the Company in the prior 12 months and requires verification: a medical attestation within 14 days of the request or a coded video within 24 hours of receiving the code. Approval is subject to review; the stated refund covers the first four months’ membership fees, excludes incidental verification costs and is processed within 30 days after verification.

Who is responsible for care, and what did FDA identify?
Harper identifies Nexus Health Solutions LLC as operator and Wasef Health and Beluga Health clinicians as the prescribing decision makers; the dispensing pharmacy is not named. In a June 2026 warning following a March website review, FDA identified misleading manufacturer implications, brand-drug equivalence claims and claims of FDA-licensed compounding facilities. The letter does not establish a current closure, ban or resolution.

Are blood tests and regular follow-ups required?
The homepage says bloodwork is recommended rather than required and permits submission of recent results; it does not promise a laboratory allowance. It advertises ongoing care and portal messaging available 24/7, without a fixed visit schedule or guaranteed immediate response. Confirm monitoring, state eligibility and any requested testing costs for the treatment actually prescribed.
