Clinic Secret review

A real LegitScript seal, confirmed live — its two starting prices don't reconcile

Clinic Secret, LLC, confirmed live via its own footer, is a newly launched (late 2025) GLP-1 telehealth platform running a "$100 Off 1st Month" promotional banner, confirmed live, and carrying a real LegitScript certification seal (ID 32845430), confirmed live — a certification the provider directory's own prior research hadn't recorded at all. Per that same prior research, pricing is described two ways that don't quite reconcile: "starting at $49/week" (which works out to roughly $212/month) alongside a separately recorded "$196/mo" starting-dose figure — neither figure was independently reconfirmed on this pass, since the specific dollar amounts render client-side rather than appearing in static HTML. The compounding pharmacy isn't named anywhere.

Verified August 2026

Straight talk: how we earn — some, not all, of these are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

The verdict

Clinic Secret, LLC carries a real LegitScript certification seal, confirmed live — a genuine credential the provider directory's own prior research had missed entirely. Its pricing claims are murkier: prior research recorded both a "$49/week" figure (roughly $212/month) and a separate "$196/mo" starting-dose figure, which don't quite reconcile with each other, and this pass's fetch couldn't independently confirm either since the specific numbers render client-side. As a platform launched in late 2025, it also carries a limited independent track record so far.

Clinic Secret is not ranked on any of our boards. This is a standalone read of what the company publishes about itself — the providers we do rank in this category are on our semaglutide provider ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim — see the evidence review for what these compounds do and do not do.

Who it is for, and who it is not

A good fit if

  • You want a real LegitScript certification seal, confirmed live, even though prior research hadn't flagged it
  • You want fast, roughly three-day nationwide shipping
  • You're comfortable being an early customer of a recently launched (late 2025) platform

Look elsewhere if

  • You want one single, reconciled starting price rather than two different figures from prior research
  • You want an established platform with a longer independent track record
  • You want a named compounding pharmacy

What it actually costs

What they advertise

Semaglutide starting at $49/week, per prior directory research — roughly $212/month.

What you actually pay, month to month

A separate prior-research figure records $196/mo as the starting-dose price — the two don't precisely reconcile.

The commitment trap

Prior research recorded two different starting-price framings — "$49/week" (≈$212/mo) and a separately noted "$196/mo" — that don't precisely reconcile with each other.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Our guide to verifying a certificate of analysis covers what to ask for.

Where you can get it

Not published; asynchronous intake (no required video call) available in some states, per prior research.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

Clinic Secret carries a real LegitScript certification seal, confirmed live, that the provider directory's own prior research had missed — but that same prior research recorded two different starting-price framings, "$49/week" and a separate "$196/mo," that don't precisely reconcile with each other, and this pass's fetch couldn't independently check either since the numbers render client-side.

  • Prior research recorded two starting-price figures that don't precisely reconcile
  • Newly launched (late 2025) with limited independent track record
  • Compounded medications only — no FDA-approved brand options
  • Compounding pharmacy not disclosed

None of this is unique to Clinic Secret — the whole category shares it. What we hold against a provider is the part it hides, and the ways vendors hide things are catalogued in our vendor red-flags guide.

How it compares

Read this before you buy

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
