What you actually pay, month to month

Lowest rates require a same-dose six-month bundle. Monthly semaglutide is $159 at 0.25 mg, $199 at 0.5 mg, $229 at 1 mg and $249 at 1.7 or 2.4 mg. Monthly tirzepatide is $239 at 2.5 mg, $299 at 5 mg, $329 at 7.5 mg, $379 at 10 mg and $439 at 12.5 or 15 mg. The selected prescribed plan and future renewal bill remain unconfirmed.

The commitment trap

The cheapest monthly equivalents require full prepayment for six months at the same dose. Starter titration packages have different totals; neither the lowest dose nor a future dose increase is a universal treatment plan.

Money you will meet later

  • Coby labels same-dose bundles as three and six months, while defining their supplies as 12 and 24 weeks. These are merchant monthly equivalents, not three or six full calendar months; compare the prepaid total and actual weeks supplied.
  • Semaglutide initial titration: $399 for 12 weeks or $930 for 24 weeks. The six-month package ships as two three-month supplies. Tirzepatide initial titration: $697 for 12 weeks or $1,590 for 24 weeks; confirm the selected dose sequence and shipment schedule.
  • Same-dose six-month semaglutide totals are $594, $690, $870, $1,044 and $1,194 at 0.25, 0.5, 1, 1.7 and 2.4 mg, respectively. Tirzepatide totals are $1,074, $1,494, $1,674, $1,854, $1,974 and $2,094 at 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5 and 15 mg, respectively. These prepaid totals differ from monthly ordering.

  • Insurance is not accepted. Third-party laboratory access does not establish included test payment; outside services may cost extra under the terms.
  • The help center says the full order is preauthorized and charged only after provider approval. If treatment is denied, the hold is released; the bank can take several business days to reflect that release.
  • Optional subscriptions require cancellation at least 30 days ahead to avoid the following month's charge. Order cancellation is only attempted; a successful cancellation deducts a $50 visit and clinical fee from the refund. This is separate from releasing a denied-treatment hold.
  • A prescription already issued and sent cannot be changed. Shipped orders are nonrefundable; dispensing or delivery damage issues go to support, without a promised cash refund or replacement in every case.

A low same-dose equivalent can lock up six months of cash without pricing the titration your clinician might prescribe. The actual pharmacy and lab bill remain unresolved, and stopping future subscription billing does not guarantee cancellation or a refund for an existing order.

Will I pay if the clinician declines treatment?

The help center distinguishes a full-order card preauthorization from a completed charge: it says payment is captured only after provider approval. If the request is denied, Coby releases the hold, although the bank may take several business days to update the statement. The $50 deduction concerns a successful attempted order cancellation, rather than a stated fee for a denied treatment request.

How do I cancel an order or stop recurring billing?

A subscription is optional, but the help center requires at least 30 days' notice to stop the next month's subscription charge. Existing orders have separate limits: an issued prescription sent to the pharmacy cannot be changed, cancellation is attempted without a guarantee, and a successful cancellation has a $50 visit and clinical deduction.
