Cabana names Wasef Health and Jungle Jim’s Pharmacy, but its FAQ says that pharmacy does not dispense sterile compounds while the product catalog advertises injections. The public semaglutide page gives no numeric price.

Ask who prepares and dispenses the advertised injections; this disclosure does not verify credentials or your assigned pharmacy.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The named pharmacy lists ten excluded states. Its FAQ excludes California, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, West Virginia and Delaware. That is the merchant’s pharmacy disclosure, not an independent license check or guarantee of every treatment.

The public semaglutide page advertises a prescription, membership, free shipping and cancellation at any time, but gives no numeric fee. The FAQ says the medical visit, ongoing shipments and provider messaging share one price. Ask for the complete first charge, term and renewal amount; those inclusions do not establish the final bill.

Why should an injection customer ask about the pharmacy?
Cabana advertises semaglutide injections, but its pharmacy FAQ says the named partner does not dispense sterile compounds. Resolve who actually prepares and dispenses your injectable prescription before paying; naming a pharmacy alone does not resolve that inconsistency.

How do refills, changes and monitoring work?
Refills are requested through the dashboard and reviewed by the provider. Medication or dose changes require provider approval, and treatment concerns go to the clinical team. The GLP-1 product and medical-care pages do not establish a funded lab panel or fixed monitoring schedule, so clarify those costs and arrangements in advance.

What do the shipping and refund policies say?
The shipping policy gives two to three business days for processing and an average four to twelve business days for transit, with possible delays. It says shipping charges appear at checkout although the product page advertises free shipping. The refund policy says prescription sales are final and directs dispensing-error concerns to the concierge; it does not promise a satisfaction refund.
