No. It covers membership, while medication and laboratory testing are separate. The pricing page says most commercially insured members pay $25 or less for medication after any deductible, but that conditional claim is not a quote for your prescription or insurance plan.
How much do I commit to at the start?
The initial commitment is three months at $199 per month, or $597 in monthly installments. After that initial term, the membership renews monthly. Stopping participation does not by itself erase unpaid initial installments.
Can I cancel Calibrate and receive a refund?
The cancellation policy describes a full membership-refund request within 72 hours of initial purchase, followed by stricter rules. It specifies seven calendar days of notice before the next billing and cancellation after the initial term; clinical ineligibility may release remaining initial payments without refunding fees already paid.
What does the weight-loss guarantee actually refund?
It offers 50% of eligible membership fees after twelve consecutive months if weight loss is below 10% and the other conditions are met. Requirements include self-pay membership, program compliance and restrictions on prior prescription weight-loss treatment; medication, labs and third-party costs are excluded. It is not a full refund of treatment spending.
What support comes with the membership?
The membership offer lists clinician access, coaching, insurance navigation and a smart scale. Those services may matter if you want help working through insurance coverage, but they do not turn the membership into a medication-inclusive plan or guarantee that a clinician will prescribe.
Who fills a Calibrate prescription?
