The homepage describes clinician-guided monitoring but no fixed cadence.
Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The current homepage and its linked weight-loss page did not show that older dollar offer. Its billing consent permits separate membership, consultation and pharmacy charges. Obtain a current total and renewal schedule rather than budgeting around the earlier $199 figure.

Does CaliberRx renew automatically?
The billing consent describes membership renewing at the start of each billing cycle, typically monthly or quarterly according to the selected plan, until canceled. Consultation and pharmacy charges may appear separately. Ask for the selected plan’s dates and total before authorizing payment.

How early should I cancel CaliberRx?
The refund policy recommends completing cancellation at least 48 hours before renewal. Later requests may not stop the next charge in time, and paid membership cycles generally are not prorated. Cancellation does not automatically reverse prescriptions or shipments already in process.

What if medication is damaged or incorrect?
The policy says to contact the dispensing pharmacy and copy CaliberRx support within 48 hours for visibly damaged, temperature-compromised or defective medication. Replacement or refund follows the pharmacy’s protocols. Incorrect medication should also be reported to both the pharmacy and CaliberRx.

Are there consultation cancellation fees?
The billing consent permits a $30 fee for a missed live visit or cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. It lists exceptions for reasonable rescheduling, technology failure and provider waivers. This is separate from the rules for ending membership.
