Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Does the $39 membership include GLP-1 medication?
The Optimal Health plan lists supplies, shipping, a half-hour monthly coaching session, a provider consultation only for approved medication and preferred follow-up-lab pricing. Treatments are described at member pricing. Obtain a separate GLP-1 medication quote rather than treating $39 as the complete treatment cost.
When does membership renew, and how do I cancel?
The FAQ says membership renews monthly unless you submit a membership-change request and stop treatment. Signup during the first half of a month leads to drafts on the first; signup on or after the sixteenth leads to drafts on the sixteenth. It describes access to perks for approximately a month after the last payment. Confirm your effective cancellation date.
Which labs and coaching sessions are included?
Optimal Health includes a half-hour coaching session monthly and preferred pricing for follow-up labs. Separate hormone tiers list 8–10-week and annual follow-up labs, but those are not universal GLP-1 benefits. Ask which panel your weight-management plan requires and whether initial and repeat tests cost extra.
Can I get a refund for medication or a completed consultation?
The refund page excludes prescribed treatments and telemedicine services already provided. Its 30-day return provision concerns unopened, unused supplements with authorization and proof of purchase, with return shipping paid by the customer. A separate first-month membership deposit policy is mentioned without clear conditions here; obtain those before paying a deposit.
How long might testing and medication delivery take?
The FAQ estimates most lab results at 5–7 business days, with some taking 10–14. Treatment orders typically take another 10–14 business days to process and ship after medical review of the labs. These are estimates and separate stages, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Can I confirm my state and pharmacy before joining?
The FAQ says services are offered within the United States and asks readers to confirm state-specific availability with the team. It describes prescriptions sent to partner pharmacies without identifying your assigned dispenser. Confirm both for your selected medication before paying; a general provider or certification claim is not independent license verification.
