The commitment trap

A low monthly equivalent can obscure both the immediate quarterly payment and the obligation to complete the selected fixed term. Canceling future renewal does not necessarily release an active commitment, and the website and platform policies measure their 48-hour notices against different events.

Money you will meet later

  • The pricing page promises the same medication-specific package price across available strengths. That is a pricing claim, not a guarantee that a particular dose is clinically appropriate, available or included in the prescription written for you. Ask what quantity is dispensed and how a dose change during the quarter is handled.
  • The website terms require initial cancellation before a prescription is written and refill cancellation at least 48 hours before the order goes to the pharmacy. An order already transmitted cannot be canceled. A separate paragraph calls sales final once an order is placed, so do not interpret the earlier cutoff as an unconditional grace period.
  • The public platform policy instead requires notice at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing cycle for future recurring orders. It says first-period fees are upfront and generally nonrefundable, with an exception when the provider determines the prescription is medically inappropriate. A flexible marketing impression should not become an assumed refund right.

A question about paying monthly is not evidence of an installment agreement. Confirm the actual amount due, selected supply, renewal date and later charge before authorizing payment; these advertised figures are not a verified patient invoice.

Does a dose increase change the 10Rx price?
