Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
Free-consultation marketing does not eliminate the $30 consultation deduction if you cancel before shipping. The FAQ describes manual refills without subscriptions, but the terms and returns policy contain subscription provisions, so the selected plan’s renewal terms need clarification.

Semaglutide longer supplies cost $369 for three months, $659 for six months and $1,199 for twelve months; tirzepatide costs $449, $819 and $1,499 for the same terms. Are consultation and shipping really free?
The product pages advertise provider consultation, ongoing support and shipping as included in treatment. However, the cancellation policy retains a $30 consultation fee if you cancel after seeing the doctor but before shipment. Lab and supply costs are not separately itemized, and the FAQ says insurance, HSA, HRA and FSA are not accepted.
Who provides medical care and dispenses medication?
The terms describe Remote Pharmacy LLC as a technology platform and name Beluga Health, P.A. as an independent medical group. The pharmacy list names Emerald Compounding Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Foothills Professional Pharmacy. These are disclosed partners, not independent verification of licenses or confirmation of the pharmacy assigned to your prescription; the terms permit pharmacy transfers.
Can I receive treatment in my state?
The FAQ excludes Mississippi and New Mexico for compounded semaglutide and says U.S. territories are not served. That is not a universal state list for every treatment. Eligibility, the product and the dispensing pharmacy can impose additional limits, so confirm the exact prescription’s availability at your location.
Will refills renew automatically?
The FAQ says refills are requested manually in the patient portal and recommends requesting one about a week and a half before medication runs out. However, the terms authorize recurring subscription charges and the returns page also discusses subscriptions. Those public descriptions conflict; establish the billing and refill arrangement for your selected plan before paying.
When can I cancel and receive money back?
The returns policy allows a full refund before the doctor consultation, a refund minus $30 after consultation but before shipment, and no refund after shipping. Separately, the product page describes removing a card hold within five to seven business days if treatment is not approved; that is not an immediate cash-refund promise. Broad nonrefund language in the terms also differs from the staged policy, so retain the applicable order terms.
