Remedy Meds combines compounded medication with unlimited clinician access, monthly check-ins and cold-chain delivery. Its semaglutide offer is $179 for the first month, then $299; tirzepatide is $279, then $399. Both describe a four-week supply and no price increase solely for a higher dose. These are compounded preparations, not FDA-approved branded Wegovy or Zepbound. Terms name OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, JMP Medical and KMG Medical Group as possible clinical groups; they do not identify the pharmacy assigned to your order. The product pages describe licensed 503A fulfillment without naming a facility. The subscription pays for continuing platform and clinician access as well as medicine, so not completing the refill form does not stop charges. The public help center includes necessary labs, but the terms allow some requested consultations and testing to cost extra. The product FAQ says service reaches 49 states excluding Louisiana, although the general terms still say all 50 states plus DC. The weight-loss warranty requires a full year of uninterrupted eligible treatment and thirteen shipments; it is not an ordinary satisfaction refund. Cancel through the portal at least 48 hours before renewal, and account for the terms allowing billing or shipment up to ten days early.

The commitment trap
Introductory prices are $120 below the ongoing rates. A four-week supply and a monthly-looking price do not establish a calendar-month billing schedule. Charges can continue without a refill request, and the terms allow billing or shipment up to ten days early.
Money you will meet later
- Prices do not rise solely when dose increases. Current public product offers do not show prices for the 3-, 6- or 12-month bundles mentioned in the terms.
- Necessary lab work is included according to the help center; terms permit some additional requested consultations or lab testing outside the membership. Confirm which tests are included.
- Cash-pay program; insurance is not accepted. HSA/FSA eligibility is advertised. Applicable taxes may be added. Brand-name and microdose offers need separate quotes.
- Paid terms generally have no partial refund. The product FAQ promises a full initial refund if the clinician finds you ineligible; terms defer the initial exception to the offer presented at enrollment.

Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Same-price-at-higher-dose marketing does not remove that $120 introductory step-up. Confirm the invoice interval rather than assuming a calendar-month bill or thirteen annual charges. Will skipping a refill form stop my charges?
No. Subscription charges can continue without a completed refill form or a shipment. Cancel through the portal at least 48 hours before renewal; terms permit billing or shipping up to ten days early. Confirm the actual processing date rather than assuming a universal twelve-day deadline. Microdose refill forms follow a different cadence, which does not establish the same price or supply.

What happens to the initial payment if I am clinically ineligible?
The product FAQ promises the initial payment is fully refunded if a clinician finds you ineligible; the terms defer that exception to your selected offer. This is a paid-then-refunded sequence. Paid terms generally have no partial refund, and ordinary cancellation is separate from clinical decline or the warranty.

Is the 365-day warranty a simple satisfaction refund?
No. It requires 12 consecutive eligible standard-dose compounded months and 13 uninterrupted 28-day shipments, plus verification, goal-weight and timely-claim conditions. Microdose, brand treatment or pauses can invalidate it. The product footnote says month-to-month only, while terms discuss monthly and 3-, 6- and 12-month formats. Confirm your agreement before assuming a bundle qualifies; the warranty does not predict an outcome.
