Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The October 2026 offer lists semaglutide at $299 and tirzepatide at $399 for four weeks, without a dose-based increase or displayed introductory step-down. Payment starts at signup and repeats every 28 days. Submit the refill form after the third dose for the next prescription; missing it does not automatically stop billing. Confirm your selected invoice before paying.
What are the conditions of the 10% weight-loss guarantee?
It covers the first four months of membership fees for eligible new customers with accurate baseline reporting, 16 consecutive weekly doses and no other weight-loss prescriptions in the prior 12 months who lose less than 10%. Email support to start verification. Provide medical attestation within 14 days of that email, or submit a verification video within 24 hours of receiving its code. Incidental costs are excluded; approval is discretionary. Approved refunds are processed within 30 days of verification.
How do cancellation, clinical rejection and medical-stop refunds differ?
Cancel future service through Profile → Cancel Plan in the portal. Processed payments are generally nonrefundable. If the clinician rejects you at initial enrollment, the FAQ describes a full initial refund within 24–48 hours and a free ineligibility video appointment. The fuller explanation allows an initial charge despite introductory no-charge wording. A separate later medical-stop refund entitlement is not specified; ask before paying.
Are labs and injection supplies included?
Necessary labs and needles are described as included. Testing is required before the third prescription and sometimes before the first. Prime accepts results from the prior 24 months or arranges covered testing through LabCorp, Quest or BioReference for New York and New Jersey. Confirm any extra clinician-requested testing charges.
Who provides care and fills the prescription?
Prime Health facilitates care through independent clinical groups, including JMP Medical and OpenLoop. It advertises unlimited clinician access, with customer support daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern; those hours do not guarantee clinical response times. Its pharmacy partners are not individually named, so request the dispensing pharmacy before paying.
Can I enroll in any state, and when will medication arrive?
The homepage excludes Louisiana while older terms describe all states plus DC, so confirm location eligibility. Delivery estimates also use different starting points: the homepage counts from payment and help pages discuss business days after prescribing. Clinical review or a required video visit can affect timing. The program is cash pay.
