PreventiveMD is one of the more straightforwardly priced names in this category: compounded semaglutide "as low as $83/mo, all-in" and tirzepatide "as low as $97/mo, all-in," a US-licensed provider reviewing requests within 24 hours with no video visit required, and — genuinely uncommon here — a published refund policy with real teeth. You can cancel for a full refund any time before a provider has reviewed your intake and before the pharmacy has shipped your order; after that, refunds narrow to duplicate charges, pricing errors, damaged items within 7 days, or an order PreventiveMD itself cancels, but the company commits to a specific timeline (acknowledge within 3 business days, decide within 10) rather than leaving the process undocumented. The site also offers brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound and the oral Foundayo, though that path carries its own separate $49/month membership fee stacked on top of the medication cost — a real second charge the compounded pricing does not have. The "as low as" qualifier on the compounded price is also worth reading literally: PreventiveMD's own copy says actual monthly cost can run higher depending on plan, and the pharmacy actually filling the prescription is never named.

The brand-name path is a genuinely separate structure: $49/mo membership plus the medication's own cost, which the site does not fold into one headline number.

The refund policy is genuinely better than most of this board's, but two things sit right next to it that a reader could easily miss: the headline price is an "as low as" floor the company's own copy says can move higher without naming why, and the brand-name path stacks a $49/month membership on top of the medication cost rather than quoting one all-in figure the way the compounded pricing does.

Read this before you buy
