Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Availability depends on the local clinic. The FAQ describes 130+ clinics and telehealth at many locations; it does not establish universal remote eligibility.

The part they would rather you skipped
The medication promotion does not establish the total recurring bill. Independently operated clinics set their own membership fees, medication costs, and services; local advance-payment offers need their own written cancellation and refund terms.

Are the $99 and $199 offers the whole program price?
No. These are first-month compounded medication offers. Ask the clinic for the membership, visit, medication, and repeat-lab total after the promotion.
Does insurance cover Medi-Weightloss?
Coverage depends on your clinic and plan. Visit coverage does not guarantee coverage for a prescribed medication.
Which pharmacy will prepare my prescription?
The FAQ names eight partners, but does not assign one to every patient. Confirm your actual dispenser before paying for compounded medication.
Are blood tests included?
Initial labs are included in the self-pay New Patient Visit. Repeat testing can add cost, and recent primary-care tests may be accepted.
Can I use Medi-Weightloss entirely online?
Telehealth is available at many locations. Ask your chosen clinic whether your evaluation and follow-up care can be remote.
Can I cancel a prepaid plan or get a refund if treatment stops?
The national FAQ says a contract and prepayment are not generally required, but some local value plans require advance payment. Obtain that clinic’s renewal, cancellation, clinical-decline, medical-stop, and medication-order refund terms before prepaying.
