The $79/month offer is a separate compounded microdose product. The homepage FAQ lists standard compounded semaglutide from $119/month and tirzepatide from $219/month including medication. These are starting offers, not a guarantee for every dose or renewal. Branded treatment advertises $49 membership plus medication; the help page describes cash-pay membership as included, so do not automatically add $49 to compounded packages.

The guarantee is valid for enrollment on or after July 24, 2024. The terms require a starting BMI of at least 30, 180 continuous days, and intake and baseline labs within five days. They also require weekly adherence, no early refills in months five and six, at least 21 weigh-ins across 26 weeks, and less than 5% weight loss. Submit the request during days 181–210. An approved claim covers fees paid to Measured in the first six months, with processing within 15 business days; it is not an unconditional refund of outside costs.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, without a partial-period refund under the terms. Fees generally become nonrefundable once clinical review occurs or medication ships, subject to exceptions. The separate six-month guarantee has its own conditions and covers qualifying fees paid to Measured, not every external pharmacy or insurance expense.

The help page promotes free dietitian access, but the terms allow insurance copays, coinsurance and deductibles. Confirm whether your appointment is covered by the chosen package or billed through insurance and what cost-sharing applies.

Medication is included in the standard compounded starting offers, but that does not settle lab billing. The terms list labs as separately billed, while cash-pay packages have their own inclusions. Ask for the required tests and written lab charges for your plan; the guarantee also requires timely baseline labs.

The help page advertises 26 states, rather than nationwide availability. It describes free shipping for cash-pay programs and a preferred pharmacy for insured prescriptions. Confirm your state, fulfillment method and assigned pharmacy; the named medical groups do not establish a state-by-state coverage list.
