Gimme Care makes the basic weight-loss budget easy to compare: one bundled price includes the clinical review, compounded medication, supplies, shipping and unlimited provider messaging. The lower monthly figures belong to longer billing cycles, so compare the term as well as the advertised rate. The product pages also publish six-month rates of $119 for semaglutide and $149 for tirzepatide. Those are compounded injections, not brand-name pens, and are not FDA-approved. Gimme is a care platform rather than the dispensing pharmacy; its terms describe an independent provider network facilitated through Bask Telehealth, but the product pages do not identify your assigned clinician or pharmacy. The practical advantages are same-price dose adjustments and portal follow-ups before refills. The practical limits are an unpublished lab allowance, processing time before shipment and refund rules that become restrictive once medication is dispensed. If there is no measurable progress after four months, a separate Progress Promise can cover the first four months for qualifying first-time members who document their starting weight, remain in treatment and obtain approval. It is not an automatic refund or a promise of a particular weight-loss result.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

Cancel or pause future renewals through the portal or support. Customer-service modification requests should arrive at least three business days before renewal. Ordinary cancellation refunds depend on stopping the order before dispensing or shipping; the separate Progress Promise has its own four-month participation and verification rules.
