As of a live check on 2026-08-02, goal.md's homepage no longer loads the site at all — it serves a "Website Takedown Notice" page stating the site "has been taken down by Lovable Trust & Safety team for policy violations." There is no live GOAL.MD storefront to evaluate right now. Separately, per prior directory research on this provider, GOAL.MD's co-founder and chief physician has a 2016 federal guilty plea for distributing misbranded HGH, along with a license revocation that was later reinstated — a serious finding on its own, and one that predates and is independent of the current takedown. Before the takedown, the site described a St. Louis-based telehealth model offering compounded semaglutide from $179/mo and brand Ozempic/Wegovy/Zepbound bridges, a manual-renewal (no auto-billing) structure, LegitScript certification, and a free nutrition coach — details preserved here for reference but not independently re-confirmable while the site is down.
