The verdict

GOAL.MD gives readers a useful choice between paying for one month and buying a discounted compounded treatment term. Its dedicated semaglutide and tirzepatide pages show the full prepaid totals, including physician care, medication, nutrition coaching and expedited shipping, with no automatic compounded refill. That flexibility applies to the next order: the billing policy makes compounded orders final once payment is processed. Brand-Name Access has a separate $95 monthly physician fee and a separate pharmacy bill, with automatic renewal described in the terms. Some comparison-page prices and billing descriptions differ, so obtain the selected agreement before paying. The practice names its chief physician, Michael Mimlitz; a January 2016 Justice Department release records his guilty plea over misbranded human growth hormone. That historical case concerns different treatment and does not establish the contents or quality of a current prescription.

The dedicated injection pages advertise semaglutide from $99/month equivalent on a $1,188 twelve-month prepayment and tirzepatide from $159/month equivalent on a $1,908 twelve-month prepayment. These are upfront treatment terms, not monthly invoices.

What you actually pay, month to month

Dedicated injection pages list semaglutide at $179 and tirzepatide at $249 when buying one month at a time. Three-month totals are $477 and $597; six-month totals are $834 and $1,074, respectively. The general GLP-1 comparison page contains different tirzepatide descriptions, so confirm the selected quote.

The commitment trap

Compounded orders require permission before payment, but become non-cancellable and nonrefundable once payment is processed. No automatic refill does not create a trial or a right to recover unused prepaid treatment.

Money you will meet later

  • Brand-Name Access charges physician care separately from medicine: $95 monthly, or $255 every three months, $450 every six months or $780 every twelve months under the membership terms. Those terms describe automatic billing while enrolled.
  • Cancel Brand-Name Access before the next prescription or refill is authorized. After authorization the cycle proceeds and cancellation applies to the next one. Once payment and clinical work have both begun, the physician fee is nonrefundable and not prorated.
  • The brand-care fee excludes medication, labs, imaging and outside services. GOAL.MD is cash-pay and does not bill insurance; payment-account eligibility or financing does not establish reimbursement.
  • Dedicated injection pages and the general comparison page differ on some offer wording. Use the chosen medication, covered term, upfront total and actual renewal agreement rather than assuming every displayed price is interchangeable.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight

The pharmacy

GOAL.MD describes licensed U.S. 503A/503B pharmacy partners, but the assigned compounded dispenser remains unconfirmed. These are merchant descriptions, not an independent pharmacy-license or product-quality verification. Brand medication is purchased separately through the applicable pharmacy or manufacturer route.

Oversight

Care-team contact before a compounded refill and ongoing physician supervision are advertised. Refills require your authorization; they are not a guarantee that the same medication remains appropriate.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. All 50 states are advertised, with explicit qualifications for state rules, medical evaluation and pharmacy eligibility. That reach does not guarantee every formulation in every location.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

The cheapest rates require a large prepayment that becomes final when a compounded order is paid. The brand-care membership has different renewal and refund rules. GOAL.MD names Michael/Ted Mimlitz as chief physician; the Justice Department release dated January 2016 records his guilty plea to distributing misbranded human growth hormone in 2014–2015. It is relevant historical context, without proving a present prescription is defective.

That is the semaglutide monthly equivalent on a twelve-month plan paid as $1,188 upfront. The dedicated page lists $179 for one month, $477 for three months and $834 for six. Tirzepatide has a separate ladder. These are published treatment terms, subject to clinical approval; financing, if selected, does not turn the prepaid offer into the same agreement as buying one month.

Does the price rise when my prescribed dose changes?

The dedicated injection pages advertise one price across their listed dose steps. That is a pricing promise, not a reason to choose a dose yourself or a guarantee that a clinician will prescribe every strength. Confirm the medication, supply and selected term; the general comparison page contains some different tirzepatide pricing descriptions.

Can I pause compounded treatment or get a prepaid refund?

You can decline the next compounded order because the company says it asks before charging for a refill. Its billing policy nevertheless makes compounded orders non-cancellable and nonrefundable once payment is processed. Stopping future orders therefore differs from recovering a paid three-, six- or twelve-month term. Review the order before authorizing payment.

How is Brand-Name Access billed?

The membership terms describe a $95 monthly physician fee or longer billing cadences of $255, $450 or $780, with medication purchased separately. The About page names Michael Mimlitz as chief physician and co-founder, alongside other physicians. GOAL.MD describes licensed U.S. 503A/503B compounding partners without establishing your assigned dispenser.
