The verdict

FuturHealth separates a branded medication lineup from a subscription that provides care-team access and nutrition, fitness and app tools. Its four published introductory drug prices are useful starting points, but they do not establish the membership charge or what later-dose treatment will cost. Before enrolling, resolve the conflicting lab-inclusion language and get the renewal, shipping and refund terms itemized: the membership guarantee excludes major treatment costs.

What you actually pay, month to month

The complete recurring total is not published. Subscription, medication, laboratory and other applicable charges need an itemized quote, and the introductory-dose figures do not establish maintenance prices or exact supplied quantities.

The commitment trap

The introductory medication number is only one part of the cost. The current Terms exclude medication and lab charges from the subscription and permit other disclosed provider, shipping or processing charges; the total and later-dose prices need confirmation.

Money you will meet later

  • Foundayo pill: introductory month as low as $198. No complete ongoing dose-and-price ladder or subscription total is published with that figure.
  • Wegovy pen: introductory month as low as $299; Wegovy pill: $198. The routes are distinct, and neither figure establishes a complete maintenance invoice.
  • Zepbound KwikPen: introductory month as low as $395. The card does not settle higher-dose renewal costs or every applicable fee.
  • The subscription price is not stated beside these offers. Current Terms separate medication, labs and potentially additional provider charges; applicable shipping and processing may also be charged.
  • Help material advertises included required bloodwork, while the newer Terms exclude lab fees. Confirm the actual panel, number of tests and payer in the selected plan.
  • Nutrition tools and discounted meal delivery are described; a discount does not establish included meals or a funded food allowance.
  • The membership guarantee is limited to eligible fees and deductions. Medication, pharmacy, provider and lab costs are excluded; financed purchases may retain lender obligations or processing deductions after a refund.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight

The pharmacy

Assigned dispensing pharmacy not identified. Independent licensed pharmacies fulfill prescriptions; displayed pharmacy and diagnostic partner logos do not identify the facility filling your order. Confirm the actual pharmacy and product rather than assuming a logo proves assignment or regulatory category.

Oversight

Care-team access, app tracking and ongoing support are described. No fixed included live-visit count, repeat-testing schedule or guaranteed response time is established.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Where you can get it

The website claims service in all states, with limits. Its state FAQ requests availability confirmation during the eligibility questionnaire; the Terms restrict service to U.S. jurisdictions where offered. Confirm the particular treatment and clinician availability before paying.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

The introductory drug cards do not show the complete cost. More significantly, required labs are described as included in help material but excluded in the newer Terms. The six-month membership refund language has deductions and treatment-cost exclusions, so it cannot safely stand in for a refund of everything paid.

  • Subscription, maintenance and complete recurring prices remain unitemized in the public drug offers.
  • Published help and Terms disagree about lab funding.
  • The membership guarantee excludes medication, pharmacy, lab and provider charges.
  • Renewal cancellation needs at least 24 hours of notice; appointment cancellations have a separate 72-hour rule.
  • The assigned dispensing pharmacy, complete supplied quantities and clinician-response guarantee are not established.

Does the $198 price cover the full program?

No complete all-in quote is established. Foundayo and Wegovy pills list introductory medication prices of $198/month, Wegovy pen $299 and Zepbound KwikPen $395. Subscription and other applicable charges are separate under the Terms. Those introductory-dose figures do not establish the price at maintenance.

Are blood tests included in the subscription?

The published materials disagree. July 2025 help describes required lab work as included, while July 2026 Terms exclude laboratory fees from the subscription. Confirm the actual panel, repeat-testing schedule and who pays before enrolling; app access and a clinician ordering tests do not settle funding.

Who provides care, and is my pharmacy named?

FuturHealth Inc. is the platform. The Terms identify independent groups including SteadyMD Physician Group P.C. and OpenLoop Healthcare Partners P.C., plus CareValidate-supported organizations. They do not establish your assigned clinician or dispensing facility. The website claims all-state service but asks patients to confirm availability, so check the particular product and location.

How do I stop renewal or cancel an appointment?

For renewal, the Terms require at least 24 hours of notice through account settings, phone or chat; processing may take one business day. The refund policy separately makes appointments canceled within 72 hours nonrefundable. Canceling future renewal does not itself return the current payment or reverse a processed medication order.

Does the satisfaction guarantee refund medication from the previous six months?

The guarantee concerns eligible membership or program fees paid in the preceding six months, after deductions for incurred costs and other nonrefundable amounts. Medication, pharmacy, laboratory, provider and other third-party charges are excluded. The separate refund policy also restricts refunds after orders are processed or appointments scheduled; get the applicable fee breakdown rather than relying on a broad refund slogan.

When should medication arrive, and what support is included?

The stated delivery estimate is three to five business days after a prescription is written, with tracking; it is not a guarantee from signup. Care-team access, nutrition tools, meal tracking and fitness guidance are described, while customer phone support is listed 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern daily. Confirm shipping charges and live-visit allowances separately; unlimited or round-the-clock access language does not establish an immediate clinician response.
