Is Gatlan limited to tirzepatide?
No. Current public materials describe weight management, hormone care and longevity services for men and women. A weight-loss guide lists injectable semaglutide, semaglutide oral dissolving tablets and tirzepatide oral dissolving tablets as possible prescribed options. That menu does not establish what a clinician will prescribe for you or equivalent effects across formulations.
What does the weight-loss starting price include?
Request a quote identifying the drug and route, quantity, intended supply period and next payment date. A category-level starting price does not identify the dose or prove medication, labs, supplies and delivery are included. Free consultations do not establish that treatment or testing is free, or that the advertised rate applies to every prescription.
Who provides care and dispenses medication?
Gatlan’s Experience page names an Elevis Medical Group partnership under Dr. David Lawrence. Its terms identify Immortal Male, Inc. as the platform company and distinguish the platform from clinical services. The terms refer to a Program Pharmacy without naming the dispensing facility. Obtain your treating provider and pharmacy details; an advisor listing does not identify your clinician.
Can I use Gatlan in my state?
The homepage names 47 states plus DC, excluding Arkansas, New Mexico and Rhode Island, but a separate counter still states 44. Ask whether your exact location, requested treatment and dispensing pharmacy are supported before paying. A broad coverage claim is not proof that every medication or service is available in every listed state.
Can I cancel or receive a refund if medication is declined?
The terms generally do not provide refunds and leave exceptions to Gatlan’s discretion. They do not specify an automatic refund for clinical rejection or a precise cancellation cutoff before pharmacy processing. Obtain the cancellation deadline and treatment-decline charge policy in writing before payment; stopping an order and ending any recurring billing are separate matters.
What if I need to stop medically or a shipment is damaged?
The published terms do not establish a separate guaranteed refund for a clinical stop, an order already processed by a pharmacy or damaged medication. Ask the care team about treatment changes and contact Gatlan and the dispensing pharmacy promptly about the order.
