The verdict
Fresh Day Meds offers compounded weight-loss subscriptions with separate new-patient and transfer prices. Its public plan selectors are useful, but a monthly equivalent is not the full amount charged and the stated renewal intervals need attention before authorizing payment. The consultation rules are more specific than a blanket no-show fee: documented clinical work, the reason treatment stops and a final nonresponse notice matter. Canceling future auto-refills is also different from undoing a paid order. Fresh Day Meds LLC identifies Telegra MD as a clinical group and publishes a Houston headquarters; an assigned dispensing pharmacy and funded GLP-1 laboratory panel remain unconfirmed. Its conditional Care+ purchase-refund guarantee has participation and evidence requirements, so it should not be mistaken for a risk-free trial or a promise of a medical result.

The commitment trap
Subscription terms state renewal every 23 days for one-month plans and 83 days for three-month plans. General terms describe those dates as preparation timing that may differ from billing, while product cards say monthly or quarterly. Confirm the actual calendar charge schedule in writing.
Money you will meet later
- The initial card transaction is described as an authorization hold, with capture after physician approval. If the initial clinician review finds treatment inappropriate, the hold is released without the consultation charge; the bank controls its release timing.
- A $75 consultation fee can apply when a patient cancels or refuses to proceed after documented clinical work begins. Intake submission or queue placement alone is not enough. A missed call alone does not establish completion; nonresponse requires final written notice allowing at least 24 hours.
- Future auto-refills need confirmed cancellation or pause through the published portal process. Opening a support ticket alone does not stop billing. A pause has no automatic restart date; restarting after cancellation uses a new current-price order.
- For a successful automatic renewal, $75 of the payment is allocated to consultation and may be retained if a courtesy refund is obtained. It is not an extra $75 added to the bill. Unpaid or failed renewals do not create this allocation, and ordinary current-order refunds are not guaranteed.
- An approved eligible Care+ guarantee claim overrides ordinary consultation-fee retention. It requires four calendar months of qualifying participation from delivery and timely evidence; the initial three-month purchase alone does not necessarily complete that period. Medical care takes priority over preserving a conditional refund.

GLP-1 lab funding needs confirmation
The public FAQ names Quest Diagnostics for treatments such as enclomiphene and says the provider decides when tests are needed. That does not establish a funded universal GLP-1 panel or repeat-testing allowance.

with refill forms and check-ins required when directed. Provider review is typically estimated at 24–48 hours. A fixed live-visit entitlement, automatic dose change or guaranteed refill is not established.

Product pages say overnight, while the shipping policy estimates 2–3 business days after pharmacy fulfillment for cold-chain injectables. This is not an arrival promise from signup. The policy requests damage or compromised-product reports within three days; it is not independent proof of any shipment’s storage safety.

The dispensing pharmacy is not named. Public pages describe licensed 503A and 503B partners without establishing the facility for a selected GLP-1 order. Confirm the actual dispenser and prescription; those categories do not make a compounded medication FDA-approved.

GLP-1 delivery excludes Arkansas. The shipping policy advertises the other 49 states and DC, subject to treatment and address eligibility; the three-month tirzepatide plan excludes US territories. Confirm the selected care and dispensing route rather than assuming every product is available everywhere.

The more serious reading mistake is treating $0-until-approved or a weight-loss guarantee as unconditional: post-consultation cancellation, paid renewals, pharmacy processing and guarantee eligibility have separate rules. Get the actual payment schedule and confirmation of any future-refill cancellation.

Does monthly mean my card is charged once per calendar month?
Not necessarily. Subscription terms state 23 days for one-month renewals and 83 days for three-month renewals. Will one missed call cost $75, even if treatment is declined?
A missed call alone does not establish that the consultation was completed. The current policy requires documented clinical work before cancellation or refusal can incur the $75 fee, and nonresponse requires a final written notice allowing at least 24 hours. When the initial clinician evaluation finds treatment inappropriate, the authorization hold is released without that consultation charge. These situations are distinct.
Can I stop future refills and recover an order already paid for?
Confirmed pause or cancellation stops future auto-refills; a support ticket alone does not. A pause does not restart automatically. Current orders and paid renewals have separate courtesy-refund rules, with $75 of a successful renewal payment allocated to consultation rather than added on top. Pharmacy processing can limit cancellation. Obtain separate confirmation of any existing-order cancellation or refund.
Is the Care+ guarantee an unconditional refund if I stop treatment?
No. The offer must be included with an eligible first-time, new-to-GLP-1 plan. It requires four calendar months from delivery, continuous qualifying participation and verified loss of less than one pound. Record the starting video before the first dose and upload it within 14 days of delivery. Record a new final video at completion; the final video and claim are due within 14 calendar days of completion. Early cancellation or a medical hold can disqualify. Follow clinical advice; never delay or continue treatment just to preserve a refund. Approved claims override ordinary consultation-fee deductions.
Who provides care, and are pharmacy, labs and shipping confirmed?
Terms name Telegra MD as a clinical group, while the actual dispensing pharmacy is not named here. Quest testing mentioned for some treatments does not establish funded GLP-1 labs. Secure messaging and weekday clinician hours are advertised. GLP-1 delivery excludes Arkansas, and product overnight wording differs from the policy’s 2–3-business-day estimate after fulfillment.
