Provider review
Framework review
Names a Puerto Rico LLC, but a previously-recorded named pharmacy no longer checks out
Framework LLC is named with a real San Juan, Puerto Rico address in its own terms of service — a genuine disclosure. But our last check recorded a named 503B pharmacy partner, and we could not find that name, or any pharmacy name, anywhere on its pages — including its own FAQ, which asks "What pharmacies does Framework work with?" without ever answering it.
Straight talk: how we earn — some, not all, of these are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

The verdict
Framework prices compounded GLP-1s at "as low as $25/week" (roughly $100/month) with "$0 membership fees," bundled with dietitian support and clinician check-ins. Its terms of service name the operating entity, Framework LLC of San Juan, Puerto Rico, and state coverage across all 50 states plus Puerto Rico — real disclosures. But the refund terms are unforgiving: subscriptions must be canceled at least 72 hours before the renewal charge, and once an order is processed or shipped, "Framework does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products," with refunds issued "solely at Framework's discretion."
Framework is not ranked on any of our rankings. This is a standalone read of what the company publishes about itself — the providers we do rank in this category are on our semaglutide provider ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim — see the evidence review for what these compounds do and do not do.
Who it is for, and who it is not
A good fit if
- You want the lowest advertised weekly rate here and don't mind a 72-hour cancellation window
- You're comfortable with a named legal entity based in Puerto Rico rather than the continental US
- You're not relying on a named pharmacy partner as a condition of enrolling
Look elsewhere if
- You want a pharmacy partner named and confirmable before you buy
- You want a refund option after an order has shipped — the terms rule it out entirely
- You want a named medical director on record
What it actually costs
What they advertise
"For As Low as $25/Week" (roughly $100/month), "$0 membership fees," per yourframework.com.
What you actually pay, month to month
The weekly figure converts to roughly $100/month; no separate membership charge was found layered underneath it.
The commitment trap
Weekly framing — "$25/Week" reads far lower than the $100/month it actually equals; multiply by roughly four before comparing to a monthly-quoted competitor.
Money you will meet later
- Subscriptions must be canceled at least 72 hours before the renewal charge
- All sales are final once an order is processed or shipped — no returns or refunds on delivered products

What is included
The cheapest headline number in this category is often the one with the least attached to it. Here is what Framework bundles in, and what it does not.
Clinician consult
A licensed physician reviews the intake before prescribing
per the terms of service.
Bloodwork / labs
Not published.
Follow-ups and dose changes
Described as "Clinician Checkins" on the homepage
no specific cadence stated.
Human support
Dietitian and nutrition support are advertised as bundled into the price.
Injection supplies
Not itemized.
Shipping
Not itemized with a specific cost or timeframe.
Pharmacy, labs and oversight
The pharmacy
Not confirmed. The homepage FAQ poses the question "What pharmacies does Framework work with?" but never answers it; our last check recorded a named 503B facility we could not re-check.
Oversight
Described as "Clinician Checkins" on the homepage; no specific cadence stated.
Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Our guide to verifying a certificate of analysis covers what to ask for.
Where you can get it
"Available throughout the United States, including all 50 states and Puerto Rico," per Framework's own terms of service.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
"$0 membership fees" and weekly pricing read as low-commitment, but the terms of service state plainly that once an order has been processed or shipped, Framework "does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products" — the flexibility implied by weekly billing does not extend to getting money back.
- The pharmacy partner named in our last check could not be reconfirmed on the live site
- No medical director named
- All sales final once processed or shipped — refunds are discretionary and only available pre-prescription
- Subscriptions require 72 hours' notice before the renewal date to cancel
None of this is unique to Framework — the whole category shares it. What we hold against a provider is the part it hides, and the ways vendors hide things are cataloged in our vendor red-flags guide.
How it compares
The providers we rank on our semaglutide provider ranking, in the order that ranking ranks them. Framework is not among them: it is reviewed here, not ranked there, and we would rather show you the comparison than pretend the two are the same thing.
- COCollectiveThe cheapest medication price here, on a membership the headline omits
- CoreAge RxOne price that does not move when your dose does

- BHBodybuilding Health+The deep peptide catalog is gone; the GLP-1 pricing got better
- RxSpan MDOral tablet only, at a real $179 monthly rate

- Enhance MDWrites a flat-price-at-every-dose policy down — and charges near the top for it
- Found HealthInsurance-integrated, unlike every cash-only compounder here — but $99 needs a prepay
- Direct MedsThe plainest price mechanics on either ranking, from a company with an FDA warning letter
- Synergy RxPublishes a starting number, and nothing about what it commits you to

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
