FitRx separates insurance-coordinated branded prescriptions from out-of-pocket semaglutide. Its $151 monthly equivalent is tied to a quarterly purchase, and the insured $25 claim is conditional. Membership alone generally excludes medication; named Doctor + medication bundles have different inclusions. FDA’s February 2026 warning addressed FitRx’s own compounded-drug labeling and misleading approval implications. Confirm the selected recurring bill, pharmacy and cancellation timing; that historical letter does not establish current correction.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Questions about FitRx
Is FitRx semaglutide $151 every month?
The weight-loss page ties that advertised monthly equivalent to quarterly purchasing. Confirm the amount due upfront, supply period, renewal amount and included care before payment.
Does the insured $25 price cover my entire bill?
No complete bill is established by that claim. Insurance benefits vary, and membership ordinarily excludes medication unless the selected bundle includes it.
Does FitRx currently advertise tirzepatide?
Its policy names a Tirzepatide + Doctor program, while the weight-loss page lists branded Zepbound and Mounjaro alongside other options. A policy mention alone does not establish a current compounded-tirzepatide offer or price.
How do I cancel the membership?
The July 2025 policy directs account cancellation through Manage Membership before renewal. Access continues to the paid term’s end, without a prorated membership refund except where stated or legally required.
What happens if treatment is declined or stopped?
The policy does not promise a clinical-decline or medical-stop refund. Once a prescription is issued and filled and the pharmacy is preparing shipment, it cannot be returned or refunded. Provider and membership fees are non-refundable; later shipped-order wording does not guarantee free cancellation before shipment.
What does the FDA letter establish?
FDA’s February 2026 letter names FitRX, LLC doing business as FitRx. It challenged misleading compounder labeling and approval implications for semaglutide and tirzepatide. It does not establish today’s corrective outcome or the quality of an individual prescription.
