  • Semaglutide is $435 quarterly ($145/month equivalent), $720 for six months ($120/month), or $1,188 annually ($99/month). Tirzepatide is $597 quarterly ($199/month), $1,050 for six months ($175/month), or $1,608 annually ($134/month). These equivalents are not individual monthly debits.
  • The product cancellation FAQ promises a 30-day prorated return of unused medication. The July 2026 refund policy conflicts: ordinary cancellation ends at pharmacy transmission, prescriptions cannot be returned once prepared, and unused billing-cycle time is not prorated. Ask which written terms govern the selected plan.
  • The refund policy offers a full refund for clinical ineligibility and allows cancellation after consultation if the prescription has not reached the pharmacy. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals after the current cycle; it does not itself reverse an existing order.

Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not.
