Its terms describe dashboard cancellation and final-sale medication rules, but the $119 starting price still needs a drug-specific quote and the support promise of no add-ons conflicts with shipping charges in the terms.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The public offer does not identify a specific drug or supply at that price. Obtain the exact prescription, quantity, recurring rate, and shipping total before payment.
What happens if my prescribed dose changes?
The terms say a medically necessary higher dose or additional quantity may lead to a different plan and cost. They say additional charges require your consent.
How do I cancel or pause Fitness RX?
The terms allow dashboard cancellation, effective at the end of the billing cycle. Support also describes email and patient-portal management; confirm that the next order has been stopped.
Can I get a refund for medication?
The May 2025 terms make prescription medication nonrefundable and prohibit returns. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours for review and possible replacement; a medical stop is not a stated refund exception.
How often will a clinician check in?
Support describes asynchronous follow-ups every four weeks to review progress, side effects, and treatment adjustments. The landing page also advertises unlimited access to the care team.
Are all treatment options FDA-approved?
No. Fitness RX lists branded medications separately from compounded injections and sublingual semaglutide. Approval of a branded drug does not establish approval of a compounded or sublingual formulation.
