Fitstry, the GLP-1 program of Weightstry, LLC, prices compounded semaglutide at $249/mo and tirzepatide at $339/mo, confirmed live, billed month-to-month — the annual-plan figures ($179 and $269) that prior research recorded are not currently live anywhere on the site. Its one-time program fee, previously $99 and refundable if a clinician couldn't prescribe, is currently promotional and free, confirmed live: "Limited time: $742 of clinical onboarding, completely free, no obligation," with an "Approved, or Never Billed" guarantee replacing the earlier wording. It states, confirmed live, "Licensed in 49 states, Louisiana on the waitlist" — the excluded state prior research had flagged as undisclosed is now named. Its refund policy, effective 2026-06-06 and confirmed live, offers a 30-day membership-fee guarantee, while medication, labs, and shipments already dispensed are non-refundable — among the more itemized refund policies checked in this category, with three separately named guarantees. Its compounding pharmacy is still described only generically as "state-licensed compounding pharmacies," never individually named, and its founder, Blake Nations, is explicitly described as non-clinical.

Fitstry's pricing has shifted since prior research recorded it: the annual-plan discount isn't currently live, but the one-time program fee is now free rather than $99, and the previously undisclosed excluded state (Louisiana) is now named plainly. Its refund policy is unusually detailed for this category — three separately named guarantees rather than one blanket clause. The compounding pharmacy is still never individually named, a real gap even with the rest of the disclosure being stronger than most peers.
