We could not establish a numeric injection start or refill quote from the public page text on October 23. Ask for both charges, the dose and supply duration, and any prepaid term. An older promotional figure is not a dependable renewal budget.
Does every ElixaMD treatment have no membership fee?
The injection promotion describes no membership, but the Wegovy pill, Wegovy injection and Zepbound injection cards advertise $99 membership plus medication. The cards do not establish that fee's billing interval. Confirm the fee cadence and drug charge separately.
Are dietitian visits always free?
No unconditional promise is supported. The homepage makes free nutrition visits subject to insurance and copay eligibility at the visit. Ask about your eligibility and any patient charge before booking; the broader coaching and support description does not settle that bill.

How do I stop the next subscription charge?
Request cancellation through customer support or the patient portal chat at least 72 hours before your next billing date. A later request can allow the next charge and stop only the subsequent cycle. Access continues through the paid billing period; obtain confirmation of the effective cancellation date.
Does the guarantee refund unused treatment?
The policy allows an initial refund within 72 hours if no subscription service was received and includes medical-disqualification and unshipped-month provisions. It also contains a conflicting broader exclusion, while the FAQ says a disqualification refund may be issued. Monthly periods already paid are generally not refunded. Obtain the applicable written exception; damaged or incorrect medication has a separate replacement route.
