Semaglutide is $196 for a first kit against a $296 standing rate, dropping to $187 on a twelve-kit plan; tirzepatide is $259 then $235. Its About page claims all 50 states while its Terms only mention "a State Where We Operate."

The verdict
Elevated Health's pricing, once checked directly, resolves a prior conflicting-price record cleanly — both figures were real, just at different commitment tiers. It names a real medical team and a legal entity, correcting earlier disclosure gaps, and offers a genuine 30-day satisfaction guarantee on month-to-month plans. Its state-coverage claim is internally inconsistent between two of its own pages, and no LegitScript certification could be found anywhere.
