Elevate Health names its legal entity and carries a LegitScript certification, both corrections to the thinner record from our last check. But its own marketing sells a "Zepbound Injection" while a separate page on the same site explicitly disclaims distributing any branded tirzepatide at all — a naming inconsistency worth clarifying directly before assuming you're getting the branded product. Its $150 early-cancellation fee is a real cost to weigh against the promotional "$200 discount" banner.

Elevate Health's homepage markets a "Zepbound Injection" product, while a separate safety-information page on the same site states directly that the company "does not offer or distribute Zepbound®, Mounjaro®, or any branded tirzepatide medications" — a naming inconsistency worth clarifying directly with the company before assuming which product you'd actually receive.

Read this before you buy
