Provider review

ElleS review

Its Terms of Service contains no refund, return, or cancellation clause at all

No price appears anywhere on the site, though it sells three- and six-month prepaid packages. Read its Terms end to end and there is no refund, return or cancellation clause of any kind — and the document is headed with a different brand's name.

Verified August 2026

Straight talk: how we earn — some, not all, of these are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

The verdict

ElleS publishes a genuinely complete legal suite — Terms, Privacy Policy, Privacy Practices, and Medical Consent all exist — but a full read of that Terms of Service turned up no refund, return, or cancellation language anywhere, a real gap for a service selling prepaid 3- and 6-month packages. No physician is named, no pricing is published, and no LegitScript certification exists.

ElleS is not ranked on any of our rankings. This is a standalone read of what the company publishes about itself — the providers we do rank in this category are on our semaglutide provider ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim — see the evidence review for what these compounds do and do not do.

Who it is for, and who it is not

A good fit if

  • You want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide in oral-capsule form, not just injectable
  • You want Registered Dietitian support bundled into your package
  • You want a genuinely complete published legal document suite (Terms, Privacy Policy, Privacy Practices, Medical Consent)

Look elsewhere if

  • You want a refund policy you can read before prepaying for a 3- or 6-month package — none exists anywhere in its Terms of Service
  • You want a named physician rather than an anonymous "physician, wife, and parent" founder story
  • You want to see a price before starting the intake flow — none is published anywhere on the site

What it actually costs

What they advertise

Pricing not published anywhere on the site — revealed only after the intake flow.

What you actually pay, month to month

Pricing not published; sold as 3- and 6-month packages rather than simple monthly plans.

We checked ElleS's own public pages in August 2026 and found no dollar figure. We do not print a number we cannot see, and we do not repeat one from a third-party blog. Work out what a vial actually gives you with our peptide dose calculator.

What is included

The cheapest headline number in this category is often the one with the least attached to it. Here is what ElleS bundles in, and what it does not.

Clinician consult

Telehealth visit bundled into the package.

Bloodwork / labs

Not published.

Follow-ups and dose changes

No cadence published.

Human support

Registered Dietitian support.

Injection supplies

Medication and shipping bundled into the package.

Shipping

Medication and shipping bundled into the package.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight

The pharmacy

Described only as "licensed pharmacies" — not individually named.

Oversight

No cadence published.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Our guide to verifying a certificate of analysis covers what to ask for.

Where you can get it

Not published anywhere on the site.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

A full, section-by-section read of ElleS's own Terms of Service, found no refund, return, or cancellation clause of any kind — a genuine gap for a service selling prepaid 3- and 6-month medication packages.

  • No refund, return, or cancellation clause found anywhere in its Terms of Service
  • No physician named anywhere
  • No pricing published anywhere on the site
  • No LegitScript or other certification found anywhere

None of this is unique to ElleS — the whole category shares it. What we hold against a provider is the part it hides, and the ways vendors hide things are cataloged in our vendor red-flags guide.

How it compares

Read this before you buy

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.

Facts on this page reflect ElleS's own public disclosures when we last checked them, in August 2026. Prices and terms change without notice — confirm on ElleS's site before you buy.
