Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Is the $149 Zepbound consultation a medication price?
No. The homepage labels $149 as a consultation fee for its branded-drug routes. It does not establish that a month of Zepbound or another branded medication is included. Ask how medication will be obtained and paid for separately.
Which pharmacy and medical network does BloomWell name?
The expanded FAQ identifies DiRx Health as a pharmacy partner. The footer identifies independent physician networks including Beluga Health. These are BloomWell’s disclosures; confirm the clinician and dispensing pharmacy assigned to your specific treatment.

Can I ask BloomWell to use my own pharmacy?
The Terms say patients can direct prescriptions to a pharmacy of their choosing by emailing info@joinbloomrx.com before completing the order. Availability and fulfillment of a specific formulation still need confirmation with the prescribing clinician and pharmacy.

When am I charged, and how can I stop an order?
The FAQ says medication is billed when it ships. The refund page says a subscription can be canceled through the account before products ship, and prescription sales become final after payment and carrier handoff. Contact support promptly rather than assuming a later cancellation can reverse shipment.

What happens if a BloomWell shipment is damaged or lost?
The refund page directs damaged or lost medication reports to info@joinbloomrx.com. It describes working with the carrier and reshipping lost packages. It does not promise an unrestricted refund for medication that has already shipped.
