Bliv lets you see starting drug figures before an intake, but they are not a complete offer comparison. The $58 consultation headline, $116 semaglutide card, $199 tirzepatide card and financing floor describe different things. The October terms distinguish declining treatment, canceling a prescription before pharmacy transmission and a pharmacy being unable to fill an order. What you actually pay, month to month

Your ongoing price depends on the selected plan. The public drug floors do not establish the full prepaid total, billing cycle, dose, supply quantity or renewal amount for your prescription.

The commitment trap

A financing installment is not the medication price, and a consultation headline is not an all-in drug quote. The October terms say the purchase screen controls price, billing frequency and inclusions. Confirm those details and any financing cost before agreeing to recurring charges.

Money you will meet later

  • Paid platform subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, with access continuing through the paid period. This general platform rule does not by itself establish which subscription applies to a particular GLP-1 offer.
  • Ordinary paid subscription periods are generally not prorated, while termination without cause or discontinuation of a paid service can trigger a refund of prepaid unused amounts.
  • If a clinician declines treatment, the October terms provide a full refund of the evaluation fee. A completed evaluation with treatment offered is generally nonrefundable.
  • Medication is charged after clinical approval. Full cancellation refunds are available before prescription transmission to the pharmacy; later returns are restricted, with distinct unfillable-order and shipment-error remedies.
  • The terms prohibit undisclosed setup, coordination or processing deductions from refunds, while allowing a specific fee separately disclosed before purchase. Obtain the selected fee schedule rather than assuming every service is free.
  • Laboratory orders, clinical appointments, prescription products and financing can have their own charges and cancellation terms. Ending a platform subscription does not automatically cancel those transactions.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Treatment depends on your location and clinician license. The consent lists Metabody Medical P.A. and regional entities for California, New York/New Jersey, Kansas, Colorado and Texas. This network description does not guarantee every product in every state; confirm care while traveling as well as at home.

The public floors leave a substantial purchasing decision unresolved: which plan, quantity and renewal charge you will actually receive. The October 2026 terms make prescription transmission to the pharmacy the ordinary medication-refund cutoff, while subscription cancellation is a separate action. Ask for the applicable written terms before approval and transmission. Also read the dated FDA warning disclosure on this page; a revised policy or a different platform name does not establish regulatory closeout.

Do the $58, $116, $199 and $29 advertisements buy the same thing?

No. The landing page uses $58 for its consultation headline, $116 for a semaglutide monthly floor and $199 for a tirzepatide monthly floor. The drug cards depend on plan structure and eligibility. The $29 figure concerns financing. None establishes the selected medicine quantity, full prepaid amount or renewal invoice. Ask for the total charge, billing period and financing cost for the actual plan before enrolling.

Can Bliv always approve treatment without a call or video visit?

No. The landing page promotes online intake without calls or video, but the consent allows a clinician or state to require live video or telephone care. Some situations can require an in-person examination or testing. The medical professional decides whether the online route is appropriate; a fast approval estimate is not a promise of eligibility or a guaranteed prescription.

Who treats me, and is the AI assistant a clinician?

The current terms name Metabody Services LLC as the technology and management platform. The consent names Metabody Medical P.A. and regional medical practices for clinical care. The platform AI is not a clinician and does not replace the treating professional. Confirm the medical group and licensed clinician assigned to your location; a network list does not establish an individual assignment or pharmacy.

Does canceling a subscription cancel a pending prescription?

Not by itself. Subscription cancellation generally stops the next renewal and preserves access through the paid period. A medication order has a separate cutoff: the October terms allow a full refund before the prescription is transmitted to the pharmacy. After transmission, ordinary medication refunds are restricted. Contact support about the prescription transaction itself rather than assuming the subscription control also cancels medicine, tests or appointments.

What happens if treatment is declined or a pharmacy cannot fill the prescription?

The October terms provide a full evaluation-fee refund when a clinician declines treatment. If the pharmacy is unable to fill the prescription, they offer a full refund of the medication charge or a clinician-approved alternative you choose. Report a damaged, incorrect or unusable shipment within 7 days for a replacement. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; these are different remedies with different triggers.

Are medication, tests, supplies and nutrition all included in the floor price?

The public floors do not establish an identical bundle for every patient. Confirm the prescribed product and supply quantity, injection accessories, pharmacy, laboratory panel and who pays for testing. Advertised dietitian-led community access is not the same as individual nutrition visits. The purchase-specific inclusions and any separately disclosed fees matter more than a general list of platform features.
