Its product pages describe provider review without a required video call, with direct conversations priced separately. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
AHC takes payment when intake is submitted, yet approval is not guaranteed. Its Terms make consultation, review and administrative fees nonrefundable upon submission, then make all charges nonrefundable once review is completed or pharmacy fulfillment begins. The public pages do not itemize the amount retained after a clinical decline.

Questions about Alternate Health Club
Is a video appointment included in the advertised price?
Standard product pages describe paid intake followed by provider review with no required video call. They advertise an optional direct provider consultation for $29.99. The general FAQ still describes a video appointment, so confirm which visit format applies rather than assuming unlimited live visits are bundled.
Does flat pricing cover every cost?
The medication pages advertise unchanged prices across dose tiers and no membership fee. Optional services are priced separately, including the direct consultation; nausea medication is also offered separately. AHC describes its program as cash-pay and says it does not bill insurance. Obtain the selected total, any taxes and optional charges before submitting an order.
Does a 28-day vial mean I am billed every four weeks?
No. AHC describes each vial as covering 28 days while its general FAQ describes monthly shipments. Neither statement establishes your automatic payment date or annual number of charges. Ask for the supply quantity, next shipment date, payment interval and renewal or reorder method together, including how to stop a future order.
What if the clinician declines my paid intake?
The product pages say a licensed provider can decline and support will contact you. The Terms exclude refunds for consultation, review and administrative fees from submission and make all charges nonrefundable after completed review or the start of fulfillment. They do not itemize a guaranteed decline refund. Ask what amount would be retained before paying; refund-processing time is not a refund entitlement.
Can I return medication, cancel after processing or get a medical-stop refund?
Prescription sales are final under the shipping policy, and the Terms exclude returns or exchanges and refunds once specified review or fulfillment stages occur. A separate medical-stop exception or numeric advance cancellation deadline is not established. Ask support when a future cancellation takes effect and whether any current order remains eligible for a remedy.
Which company and pharmacy provide the service?
The Terms name Alternate Health Club, LLC, and the HIPAA notice names Alternate Health Club Telehealth NY LLC. The FAQ advertises nationwide telehealth access. Public pharmacy descriptions refer to affiliated licensed facilities without naming your dispenser. Confirm the treating professional, pharmacy name and address, product availability and any laboratory requirements; an entity name or accreditation claim does not verify a particular prescription’s assignment.
