The verdict

Alloy's Weight Care program combines menopause-focused physician support with separate medication purchases. Its public menu includes branded injections and pills alongside compounded injections, but the advertised drug floor is only one part of the cost. Regular care adds $99 monthly, and the first-care discount does not reduce medication charges. Messaging, prescription management and check-ins are described; a fixed live-visit allowance and funded laboratory service are not. Named pharmacy partners are disclosed in the terms, while branded medicines use separate manufacturer fulfillment. What you actually pay, month to month

$99 monthly care is separate from medication. Adding the advertised $70 semaglutide floor gives $169 before any other applicable charge, but this is arithmetic from starting figures, not a confirmed first or renewal invoice. Confirm the dose, supply period, collection dates and continuing drug price.

The commitment trap

A drug starting price is not an all-in treatment price. The new-customer code discounts the first care month, not medication, and current one-month Weight Care products differ from older generic three-month billing guidance.

Money you will meet later

  • Compounded medication starts at $70 semaglutide, $100 tirzepatide or $115 liraglutide, with regular $99 monthly care added separately. No complete public dose-and-renewal ladder is established.
  • Branded medication floors are $299 Zepbound vial or KwikPen, $199 Wegovy Pen, and $149 Wegovy Pill or Foundayo. These are drug starting figures, before care; manufacturer payment and fulfillment are separate.

Damage or nondelivery has a fourteen-day replacement request window rather than an unconditional refund.
  • The service is self-pay; eligible HSA/FSA use depends on the plan. A different pharmacy may set a different drug price, and a dose change can change the medication bill.

October 2026 terms list Curexa in New Jersey, BLEND in Ohio and Gogo in Kentucky, without independently establishing the facility assigned to a particular compounded prescription. Branded Wegovy and Zepbound use NovoCare and LillyDirect fulfillment. Terms allow pharmacy transfer; the same price and delivery arrangements are not guaranteed elsewhere.

No care in LA/MS; brands only in AL/AR/CA/NV/DC. Weight Care excludes Louisiana and Mississippi. The expanded state FAQ says only FDA-approved options are offered in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Nevada and DC; other states remain conditional on the treatment and provider. Compounded products exclude all seven jurisdictions. Confirm your actual location and prescribed product rather than treating a national service claim as universal eligibility.

Is $70 the complete monthly cost?

No. That is the compounded semaglutide starting figure; regular Weight Care adds $99 monthly. The $169 sum is a calculation from those two floors, not a confirmed first or renewal invoice. Compounded tirzepatide starts at $100 and liraglutide at $115 before care. Confirm the prescribed dose, supply and continuing bill.

Does the $49 offer pay for care and medication?

No. STARTGLP1 discounts the first $99 care month by $50 for new customers; medication is additional and regular care is $99 afterward. A separate general help article offers an optional $49 general consultation. It does not establish another mandatory $49 consultation for every Weight Care purchase.

How do I stop care renewal and medication refills?

The terms require care cancellation seven days before the period ends, by email or dashboard, and product pause or cancellation five business days before shipment processing. The branded Wegovy/Zepbound guide also requires contacting manufacturer fulfillment to stop refills. Obtain confirmation for both medication and care rather than assuming one action stops every charge.

Can I return medication or recover every fee?

The terms name Curexa, BLEND and Gogo as partners, without confirming your assigned pharmacy. Branded fulfillment is a different path. Weight Care excludes Louisiana and Mississippi; only FDA-approved options are described for Alabama, Arkansas, California, Nevada and DC. Eligibility elsewhere still depends on the specific treatment and provider. Pharmacy transfer does not guarantee the advertised price.
