Who operates the service and provides care?
The site identifies YOURx Health LLC as operator. The FAQ names Dr. Telx as the network through which medical care and prescriptions are delivered, following a health questionnaire and clinical review. That is merchant disclosure rather than independent credential verification, and it does not guarantee a prescription.

Does the service cover my state?
The current FAQ says all states except Mississippi. The shipping policy additionally limits availability by treatment, healthcare provider, dispensing pharmacy and other requirements. Confirm the specific prescription and shipping address before subscribing; a general service footprint does not guarantee every product.

Are labs, supplies and shipping included?
The semaglutide page lists physician consultation, supplies, shipping and ongoing support, and the shipping policy lists free standard shipping. It does not list funded lab monitoring. The terms allow laboratory and other disclosed charges depending on the program, so ask which tests are required and who pays. The dispensing pharmacy is not individually named in these sources.

When must I cancel to prevent another charge?
The billing terms say subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically reverse a properly processed charge. The refund policy says prescription orders cannot be canceled once pharmacy fulfillment has begun, so changing future billing is different from stopping an order already in preparation.

Can dispensed medication be returned or refunded?
The refund policy says prescription medication cannot be returned once dispensed. Damage, incorrect medication or dispensing errors should be reported within thirty days of delivery for review with the pharmacy and a possible replacement or refund. Rendered consultation and membership services are nonrefundable, and unused membership time ordinarily receives no partial refund.
