Wisp's own product page states "Our Weight Care Consult starts at $99/month" and then, one line later, that "medication costs will apply when you pick up your meds at your local pharmacy or upon checkout if choosing free delivery" — for brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound or Saxenda, drugs that commonly list well above $1,000/month without insurance.

The verdict
Wisp is a nationally recognized telehealth brand (press coverage from CNN, the New York Times, Forbes) with named, board-certified providers (Dr. Shannon Chatham, DO; Andrea Sleeth, WHNP-BC) and a genuinely broad weight-care menu: brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound and Saxenda alongside a compounded sublingual semaglutide option. The two paths price completely differently, and reading past the headline matters here more than most. "$99/month" is the Weight Care Consult — Wisp says so directly — and the brand-name medication itself is billed separately, at pickup or checkout, at whatever your pharmacy or Wisp charges for the drug. The compounded sublingual option is priced differently and more transparently: $225/month is the full cart total, medication included. On that sublingual product, Wisp is unusually candid for this category: its own FAQ states the drops have "not yet been tested within the human body," and that "the effectiveness... may vary" as a direct result — a company naming the evidence gap in its own product rather than papering over it.

Read this before you buy
