Before paying, confirm the pharmacy, state eligibility and what happens to unused prepaid treatment if you stop; cancel-anytime wording does not promise a refund after medication processing.

The verdict
Zappy Health offers compounded GLP-1 plans and a separate branded-medication care route through Kare Solutions, LLC, a technology platform connecting patients with independent clinicians and pharmacies. Its product pages distinguish starter prepayment from monthly billing, but pharmacy disclosures differ across pages and a selected renewal, lab bill and refund entitlement still need confirmation. Compare the whole order and the cancellation cutoff, not just a monthly equivalent.

What you actually pay, month to month
Monthly advertised prices differ from starter offers. Product pages show semaglutide $249/month and tirzepatide $349/month for all-dose monthly plans; confirm the selected medication, quantity and next charge. A prepaid equivalent is not a one-month invoice.
The commitment trap
Starter packages are paid upfront and their vials ship together. Product pages make orders nonrefundable after medication processing; stopping future billing does not establish a refund for unused supply.
Money you will meet later
- Other prepaid options advertise semaglutide $687 for three months or $1,254 for six, and tirzepatide $987 for three months or $1,794 for six. Confirm the full charge and supplied quantity before choosing a longer term.
- Branded-medication care is advertised at $99/month with medication billed separately. The general pricing FAQ also describes separate medication costs; confirm what your selected compounded or branded agreement includes.
- Subscriptions auto-renew under the terms, with a reminder at least 15 days before renewal. Contact support to cancel before renewal; cancellation takes effect at the current billing cycle's end. No universal unused-prepayment refund is established.
- Terms generally exclude refunds for completed consultations, issued prescriptions and shipped medication, subject to law and billing/technical exceptions. Medication exceptions cover pharmacy-verified dispensing error or shipping damage; report a prescription error within 48 hours of receipt.

Named pharmacies need assignment confirmation. Both compounded-product pages name The Pharmacy Hub and describe it as a 503A pharmacy, while the separate partner list names Hallandale Pharmacy. Confirm the actual dispensing entity, address and state license; neither page establishes your assignment or independently verifies a batch's quality. Compounded medication is not FDA-approved.
Oversight
Monthly virtual visits and ongoing support are advertised on the compounded-product pages. Confirm how to book a visit and whether a dose change changes the supply or fulfillment schedule.
Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Where you can get it
Availability depends on medication, plan and state. Product FAQs advertise all U.S. states except Hawaii, while starter offers specify selected states. Confirm that your physical location is served for the particular prescription and starter tier before paying; general access does not establish starter eligibility.

The part they would rather you skipped
The lowest starter prices collect three months upfront, while medication processing can end the refund window. Broad pause/cancel language does not settle unused-supply refunds, and the differing pharmacy disclosures make confirmation before fulfillment especially useful.

Questions about Zappy Health
Can I pay $159 for just one month of semaglutide?
The advertised $159 equivalent belongs to a three-month new-user starter paid upfront, not a one-month purchase. Monthly billing is a different option. Confirm eligibility, supply and the full charge before choosing the starter.
Does the tirzepatide starter cover every dose indefinitely?
The starter is for eligible new users, with a clinician-selected starting dose. All-dose monthly and longer prepaid options are listed separately. Ask for the next prescription's dose, amount and renewal price rather than assuming the starter continues.
Can I cancel and recover unused prepaid treatment?
Contact support before renewal to stop future subscription charges. Cancellation and a refund are separate: product pages say medication is nonrefundable after processing. Obtain the selected order's cancellation cutoff and unused-supply terms in writing; cancel-anytime is not a trial guarantee.
Which pharmacy will fill my prescription?
The Pharmacy Hub is named on the compounded-product pages, while Hallandale appears on the separate partner list. Ask for the facility that will actually dispense your prescription and check its license for your state before fulfillment. A named option is not a confirmed assignment.
Is the starter available where I live?
Starter eligibility and general treatment availability are different questions. Public descriptions vary by medication and plan. Confirm your physical location, prescribed drug and starter eligibility before paying; a national marketing statement does not settle the selected route.
Are blood tests and follow-up visits included?
The product pages advertise monthly virtual visits, but a universally funded lab panel is not established. Ask which tests are required, who pays and how to arrange clinical follow-up. Customer support availability does not guarantee an immediate clinician response.
