WeightCare describes a bundle of clinical review, medication if prescribed, physician messaging and check-ins. Published plan figures need confirmation before purchase: readable pricing text lists semaglutide at a $139 monthly equivalent for twelve months, $215 for six, $249 for three and $399 month to month, but these are not confirmed currently selectable offers or complete invoices. Compare the full term and supply rather than treating those figures as a guaranteed quote. Tirzepatide has separate starter, refill and high-dose prices; the cheapest starter is not necessarily the next refill bill. Public supply descriptions use twelve or twenty-four weeks for some multi-month plans, which should not silently become three or six calendar months. The other decisive term is when the refund option ends. Its policy allows full refunds before the health questionnaire is submitted or if a clinician finds the patient ineligible; after submission, refunds are generally unavailable. Canceling future renewals does not stop already paid shipments or create proration. WeightCare describes accredited pharmacies but does not identify an assigned facility for every prescription. Its older legal page names Weightless Medical Logistics Inc., while the FDA’s February 2026 letter names Weightless Medical LLC doing business as WeightCare and concerns labels implying it compounded the drugs. Confirm the contracting practice, dispenser and actual renewal charge before committing.

The commitment trap
A longer-term equivalent is not a cancelable monthly payment. The tirzepatide three-month starter and maintenance refill also carry different prices, while some supply durations are stated as twelve or twenty-four weeks.
Money you will meet later
- Published semaglutide text describes $747 upfront for three months, but another selector description limits a starter to new patients and starter doses while broader copy says all doses. The currently selectable terms are unconfirmed; establish eligibility, concentration and supplied quantity.
- Published tirzepatide text lists a $897 three-month starter for a progression from 2.5 to 7.5 mg weekly, total 60 mg. A six-month $275 equivalent describes up to 7.5 mg weekly and 180 mg total; a $499 month-to-month figure lists doses through 15 mg, while a twelve-month $216 equivalent says any dose. These are published figures to verify, not a confirmed selected plan or invoice.
- The published refill FAQ lists $997 for twelve weeks of tirzepatide at 7.5 mg weekly. High-dose text lists $1,350 for twelve weeks or $2,150 for twenty-four weeks at 10–15 mg weekly. Confirm that these offers remain available for your plan. Their $450/$358 monthly labels should not become calendar-month costs or universal dose prices.
- Program pages describe clinical review, prescribed medication and messaging as bundled, without a separate membership fee. Labs and a complete injection-supply inventory are not itemized. Optional nutrition services and supplements should be distinguished from the included support.
- Affirm financing is advertised for eligible longer plans at 0%–36% APR, subject to approval. Financing does not alter clinical eligibility or turn a prepaid commitment into a cancelable one-month treatment.
- The refund policy promises a full refund before questionnaire submission or after a clinician finds the patient ineligible. Later refunds are generally unavailable. If a partial-shipment refund is exceptionally approved, delivered medication is valued at the regular matching package price and dose as of purchase, not automatically prorated at the discounted annual rate.

The older platform terms name Weightless Medical Logistics Inc. and distinguish it from the treating provider. Public descriptions call the clinicians board-certified; confirm your actual medical practice and provider rather than treating marketing as independent credential verification.

Assigned pharmacy unnamed; accreditation claims need matching. The About page describes U.S. PCAB-accredited partners and USP 797 processes, but these are platform claims without an assigned facility or lot report. They do not establish FDA approval, a universal 503A/503B category or a patient-specific test result.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Where you can get it
State limits vary; Alabama and high-dose rules differ. General standard-plan FAQs exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Louisiana and Mississippi. A semaglutide plan explanation also excludes Alabama, while the high-dose tirzepatide page adds California. Microdose and add-on products have separate exclusions. Confirm the exact product, dose and location rather than treating one list as universal.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
Published prices are useful comparisons, but a currently selectable drug-and-term quote remains unconfirmed. The practical cutoff can arrive before dispensing: after submitting the medical questionnaire, a voluntary refund is generally unavailable. Canceling future billing leaves the paid period active and does not stop paid shipments. If an exceptional partial refund is approved, the medication received can be repriced at the matching regular package rate, so the unused share is not necessarily returned proportionately. Establish the dose-specific renewal, supply weeks and full term charge first.
