Signos+ advertises medication, app support and Stelo sensors from $199/month. Its two-sensor 12-week or four-sensor 24-week allowance does not cover continuous wear for the whole plan, and stopping renewal leaves the current term's payments due.

Signos+ combines clinician-guided GLP-1 treatment with glucose feedback, nutrition support and an app. It advertises compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with your prescription determined by an independent clinician. The main tradeoffs are the term commitment and limited sensor supply: confirm the complete medication quote and budget for extra sensors if you want uninterrupted monitoring.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. You also remain responsible for current-term payments after stopping renewal, while early termination may add a fee. Obtain the complete payment schedule and sensor budget before joining.

Questions about Signos

Does $199 cover any GLP-1 prescription at every dose?

It is an advertised starting price for eligible Signos+ members, not an every-dose guarantee. Ask which compounded medication, dose and quantity are proposed, the complete 12- or 24-week charge, and the continuing rate. The cheaper CGM-only plans do not establish a medication price.

Can I wear a glucose sensor continuously for the whole plan?

The Signos+ guide supplies two 15-day Stelo sensors for 12 weeks or four for 24 weeks. These support periodic use, not continuous coverage for the whole term. The guide lists extra sensors at $99 per two-pack; confirm the amount you need and their current price.

What happens to payments if I cancel?

Use Cancel Renewal in the app under Manage Subscription and confirm the cancellation. Renewal stops at the end of the current term, while remaining payments continue as scheduled. Unused time is not prorated and early termination may carry a fee. Ask support for the applicable fee and effective date before relying on an early exit.

Will I get a refund if I am ineligible or miss a check-in?

The Signos+ help page promises a full refund if a clinician finds you ineligible. It separately excludes refunds for refills missed because required check-ins were incomplete. The guide calls for monthly wellness check-ins, so confirm how to complete them and how any clinical treatment change affects your paid plan.

Who provides care, and are blood tests included?

Signos is the platform; OpenLoop Health and independent clinician networks assess and prescribe. Updated laboratory testing may be needed depending on your history, but a funded test panel and payer are not confirmed. Ask for your assigned clinician and pharmacy, laboratory charges and injection materials before fulfillment.

Which medications and states does Signos+ advertise?

The GLP-1 page names compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide and advertises service in 49 states plus DC, excluding Louisiana. Your clinician selects treatment and determines eligibility. Some locations require video visits; general age guidance is 18–74, with Nebraska requiring 19 or older. Confirm your own location and medical eligibility; broader CGM shipping coverage does not override those limits.
