Ro is one of the largest direct-to-patient telehealth companies in the US, running one of the widest obesity-care formularies covered on this site: compounded semaglutide, brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound, and — as of its April 9, 2026 launch — Eli Lilly's new oral Foundayo (orforglipron). The $149/month Foundayo figure is the lowest labeled dose, and it requires a recurring membership on top of the drug price, billed separately — a structure that can make the true monthly cost harder to see at a glance than a single all-in number. Foundayo pricing above the lowest dose isn't shown until intake, and neither state availability nor pharmacy partners are published — both are confirmed at signup.

Read this before you buy
