Roen Rx offers two different ways to pay: a membership with medication charged separately, or a Doctor + GLP-1 bundle that includes prescribed medication and ongoing care. The distinction matters more than the lowest headline. Bundles publish first-month and continuing amounts, while the separate membership's introductory fee does not establish its renewal bill. Insurance assistance can help with an eligible branded prescription, but a low copay example is conditional and does not include every care charge. Before enrolling, settle the selected plan, dose, supply, next payment and refund cutoff. Roen's own June 2026 FDA warning concerns misleading compounded-drug marketing; current disclaimers do not establish regulatory closeout.

What you actually pay, month to month

Advertised: $297/mo semaglutide; $449/mo tirzepatide. These are advertised continuing bundle rates, not a selected dose-and-quantity invoice; higher doses beyond standard titration may add fees.

The commitment trap

Separate membership, drug-only floors and medication-inclusive bundles are different purchases. Confirm the actual plan rather than adding membership to a bundle or treating a three-month medication equivalent as a monthly payment.

Money you will meet later

  • The separate membership starts at $39 for the first month; its current renewal amount is not established by the reviewed public offer. GLP-1 medication is extra on that route.
  • Separate compounded-drug floors are $151/month for semaglutide and $216/month for tirzepatide, with three-month purchase/discount conditions. Confirm the full prepaid charge and medication quantity.
  • The bundle FAQ offers a clinical-ineligibility refund; the November 2025 general policy excludes consultation and membership refunds and uses both issued-and-filled and shipped prescription cutoffs. Obtain the applicable terms before paying.
  • The policy permits delivery, testing, missed-visit and rescheduling charges without a complete public fee ladder. It also says replacing medication with proof of delivery can require a new charge.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

FDA's June 2026 letter to Roen Health Inc. dba RoenRx, CMS 728293, cited pictured labeling implying Roen compounded the medicine and misleading approval/evaluation implications. It concerns this provider's marketing, not proof of contamination in a patient's vial. No closeout is established here; neither resolution nor today's enforcement status should be inferred from the dated letter alone.

  • Separate membership renewal and the full medication commitment need a written quote
  • Higher-dose bundle exceptions can add charges
  • General refund exclusions and the bundle-ineligibility promise need to be reconciled for the selected purchase

Is GLP-1 medication always billed separately?

No. The separate membership starts at $39 for the first month and excludes GLP-1 medicine. Doctor + GLP-1 bundles include the prescribed medication and ongoing care. Ask which route you are buying, its continuing membership amount and whether any larger medication purchase is prepaid.

What do the medication-inclusive bundles cost?

The FAQ advertises semaglutide at $217 first month then $297/month, or tirzepatide at $349 then $449/month. Higher doses beyond standard titration may add fees. Confirm your formulation, concentration, quantity, supply duration and total next charge rather than assuming every dose uses the headline rate.

Does insurance make the whole program $25 a month?

No. That is a conditional branded-medication copay example, not a care-and-drug total. Coverage depends on your insurer, benefits and prescription. The weight-loss program excludes government-insurance members. Platform-filled prescriptions and an outside pharmacy can have different insurance terms; coordination does not guarantee reimbursement.

How do I stop recurring charges?

Cancel through Manage Membership in your account before renewal and confirm the effective date. The policy mentions 36 hours only for a narrow trial situation: if you canceled at least that early before trial expiration but were charged in error, contact support about a refund. It is not a universal cancellation deadline or refund window.

Can I get a refund if I am ineligible or delivery goes wrong?

The bundle FAQ promises a refund for clinical ineligibility, while the general policy excludes consultation and membership refunds. Its prescription wording refers both to issued-and-filled and shipped orders, so confirm the applicable cutoff. Contact support for wrong or erroneous medication; a package recorded as delivered can require a paid replacement rather than an automatic refund.

Who provides care, and are labs included?

Roen Health Inc. provides the platform; Bruno Health P.A., Outlast Health and affiliated groups provide medical care. A network disclosure does not identify your clinician or dispensing pharmacy. Ask for those assignments, location eligibility and any patient lab charges. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the dated FDA marketing warning does not identify the contents of your prescription.
