Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The part they would rather you skipped
The cancellation policy offers remaining-day proration with more than seven days' notice, while the newer terms also say partially used periods are nonrefundable except at discretion. Those terms disagree with the separate policy about the initial care fee as well. Obtain the applicable written fee and refund rule before starting an automatically renewing plan.

No. Membership is advertised at $89–$169/month by coaching level, while the $25 medication amount depends on commercial insurance and a met deductible. Coverage is decided by the insurer. Self-pay options can be arranged, but the reviewed public pages do not establish a complete drug cash price.
What does membership include, and are labs extra?
Medical visits, monitoring and coaching are advertised, with support varying by tier. The FAQ describes six- and twelve-month curricula, which do not by themselves establish your paid commitment. Labs, devices and third-party care are not universally included under the terms; request the selected plan's itemized inclusions and patient charges.
When does membership renew, and how do I cancel?
The terms describe monthly or quarterly automatic renewal depending on your selection. The cancellation policy requires at least seven days' notice before the next billing cycle, through the portal or support. Confirm the effective date and final charge; access continues through the paid period, and shipped medication cannot be returned.
Will unused membership time be refunded?
The cancellation policy says more than seven days' notice allows a prorated refund for remaining days. The newer terms also contain conflicting language making partially used periods nonrefundable, with discretionary exceptions. Do not assume either an unconditional refund or a universal denial: obtain the rule that will govern your selected plan in writing.
Is the consultation fee $35 or $89, and what if no drug is prescribed?
The May 2026 terms say $35; the January 2023 cancellation policy says $89. Both make the initial care fee nonrefundable after a doctor reviews the profile. The FAQ says medication is not charged if you do not qualify, which is different from refunding care. Late appointment cancellation or a no-show can add $25.
Who treats me and fills the prescription?
JRNYS Wellness, Inc. operates the platform, while JRNYS Medical, P.A. and affiliated practices provide clinical services. Terms allow pharmacy choice and may combine care and medication in a selected total; an outside pharmacy is paid directly.
