The verdict
CeliaRx is a genuine à la carte peptide shop rather than a subscription platform: Longevity, Performance & Recovery, Libido and five other categories, each product priced and sold on its own. That structure is the whole story here, for better and worse. Better, because there is no membership stacked underneath the medication and no auto-refill to escape. Worse, because "per fill" is not "per month" — a $349 sermorelin fill or a $349 PT-141 nasal spray is a real, published price for one purchase, but CeliaRx never states what that translates to as an ongoing cost, and a reader comparing it to a competitor's "$99/month" headline is not comparing like for like. A $55 one-time consultation fee applies before any of it ships, and the site states coverage in "all 49 U.S. states" without ever naming the one it excludes.

What you actually pay, month to month
There is no monthly price to quote, honestly. CeliaRx bills per fill, not per month, so what a given month costs depends entirely on which products are ordered and how often they're reordered: one sermorelin fill (roughly a month's supply on typical protocols) is $349, and adding a second category — NAD+, PT-141, a skincare item — is a separate $349-399 charge on top, not a discounted add-on.
The commitment trap
The one fixed, recurring-feeling charge is the $55 Celia Onboarding Consultation — a one-time, 15-minute telemedicine fee required before the first order — and it sits outside every per-fill price listed on the product pages, so the sticker price on any single item undercounts what it actually costs to get started.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight
The pharmacy
Not named. CeliaRx describes its fulfillment pharmacy only as "a long-established, full-service pharmacy operating since 1991," and elsewhere on the site as sourcing from "a 503A pharmacy" — two descriptions of the same unnamed facility, never resolved to an actual name a reader could look up. Prescribing itself is not handled in-house: it is routed through Qualiphy, a named third-party telemedicine group, which is a materially different trust model from a company whose own clinical staff writes the prescription.

The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
The site advertises coverage in "all 49 U.S. states" rather than 50 and never says which state is missing — a specific-sounding number that turns out to be unverifiable from the outside. And the $349-399 per-fill prices are exactly that: per fill, not per month, so "compare our price to a $99/month subscription elsewhere" is not actually a comparison CeliaRx's own numbers let you make, on top of a $55 consultation fee that is folded into no product's sticker price.

Read this before you buy
A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
