Amble offers clinician-reviewed compounded GLP-1 injections with medication, supplies, delivery and ongoing support in the advertised plan. Its public page now lists $179 on a one-month plan and $160/month on a three-month term. The lower figures are not interchangeable monthly purchases: one table places $135/month at six months, while another lists six months at $145 and twelve months at $135. Confirm the selected term’s total rather than assuming which table governs. Safety information discusses both semaglutide and tirzepatide, but the generic price table does not establish a separate drug-and-dose quote for each. Clinical review and dose changes remain discretionary, and the same-price-at-every-dose claim has promotion and future-price-change qualifications. The important exit point is before pharmacy processing. Current terms generally make transmitted orders and the remaining prepaid term nonrefundable, while an older help article describes a possible pharmacy cancellation with a $100 clinical fee. The commitment trap

The lower monthly equivalent belongs to a prepaid commitment, and the six-month rate conflicts on the same page. Stopping future shipments does not necessarily recover unused prepaid months.

Money you will meet later

  • At the displayed equivalents, three months calculates to $480; six months would be $810 or $870 depending on the conflicting table; twelve months at $135 calculates to $1,620. These are arithmetic examples, not verified invoices.
  • The page advertises the same price across prescribed doses, but safety fine print permits price changes and excludes introductory promotions from that policy. No complete ingredient-specific maintenance-price ladder is published.
  • An anti-nausea medicine is offered as an optional add-on; its separate price is not established. A funded lab panel, routine testing requirement and test price are not published in the reviewed GLP-1 offer.
  • The program is self-pay. The main FAQ accepts HSA/FSA cards for plans of three months or longer; eligibility and reimbursement need confirmation. Financing is a separate agreement that may add interest or fees and does not establish renewal financing.
  • Future-renewal cancellation requests must arrive at least fifteen days before the next billing date under the October 2026 terms. The help article uses next refill instead; confirm both dates rather than waiting until shipment.
  • The terms allow a full refund before pharmacy transmission and an initial-payment refund when no appropriate prescription can be provided. Once transmitted, the paid order is generally nonrefundable, including unused months. Older help describes a conditional pharmacy cancellation with a $100 nonrefundable clinical fee; obtain the applicable answer before relying on it.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

The discount creates the commitment. Multi-month plans charge the term upfront, and transmitted pharmacy orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded in part. The fifteen-day renewal deadline arrives well before delivery, and an older help article’s $100 cancellation option is conditional on the pharmacy stopping the order. Ask for the governing total and cutoff before choosing a longer plan.
